[Priest] [Holy Fire] Damage reduced by 5% in PvP combat.
[Priest] [PvP set 6-piece] The damage of Shadow Touch from the 6-piece PvP set bonus has been approximately doubled. This is a relatively small change as it was doing around 1% of overall damage in most cases. Its mana regeneration has also been raised from 4% to 6%.
[Warlock] [Dark Apotheosis] This spell now has a transformation visual during its cast.
[Warlock] [Demonology: Molten Core] This now has a 5/10/15% chance to proc, increased from 4/8/12%.
[Warlock] [Curse of Agony] Damage increased by approximately 13% in PvE combat.
[Paladin] [Judgement Armor 6-piece bonus] Increased the scaling of the Retribution version of the Judgement set by approximately 15%.
[Paladin] [Legendary: Execution Sentence] Execution Sentence is now considered a melee ability, meaning it benefits from melee critical strike chance and hit and deals double damage when it crits.
[Hunter] [Kill Shot] Damage increased by approximately 15% in PvE combat.
[Hunter] [Aimed Shot] Damage increased by approximately 12% in PvE combat.
[Hunter] [Legendary: Barbed Shot] The damage of the Barbed Shot ability has been reduced by approximately 5%.
General
[Pending Restart] - Breaking down an Elementium Bar into shards will reward the full 12 elementium shard amount, from 10. Doubled the drop chance of Elementium Shards from Poison and Frozen Experiments on the way to Xarthos. Additionally, they now drop 1-2 shards when they do drop.
[Pending Restart] - Elementium Bombs - Engineering - Crafting Fiery, Frozen, Acidic, Shadowforged, and Arcane Elementium Bombs now creates 5 bombs, up from 3.
[Pending Restart] - Chromatic Scale - Ruby Attrition - Fixed a bug where its proc was unavailable. Melee attacks which reduce you below 35% health cause you to gain 100 dodge rating for 10 seconds. This can not occur more than once every 45 seconds.
[Pending Restart] - Draconic Blood Spike - Ruby Attrition - Fixed a bug where its proc was unavailable. It has a chance to increase your attack power by 220 for 15 seconds. This effect has a 1 minute 30 second cooldown.
