[Primalist] Ranks 2-6 of Terrasurge can now also properly reset the cooldown of Fracture.
[Primalist] Empowered Boon of the Hawk no longer ruins your rotation by giving you negative 8 million mana. Xd
[Primalist] Wild Totemics no longer triggers every Empowered Boon, instead of only the one matching your active Boon.
[Felsworn] The Fel Infernal from Fel Doom now properly has its damage scale with your spell power.
[Felsworn] Fel Haunting now properly stacks 3 times, instead of only once.
[Felsworn] Felstrider now properly reduces all damage taken, instead of just physical.
[Felsworn] Fel Smite can now properly trigger the combo from Illidari Smite.
[Felsworn] Ragefire can now properly trigger the combo from Felwrath.

[Pending Restart] [Area-52] Unbound Drain Mana now transfers 2% of a target's maximum mana from the target to the caster, down from 4%.
[Pending Restart] [Area-52] [Elune] Drain Mana now transfers 2% of a target's maximum mana from the target to the caster, down from 3%.
