Soul Bolt from Gothik now deals 10% less damage but casts 10% faster.

Talents & Abilities
[Elune] - Synchronize now has 2 charges.
[Elune] - Blooming Shot cast with Nature’s Power now has 200% increased damage and healing from 100%.
[Elune] - Blooming Shot has a new effect. Casting Steady Shot now reduces the time to gain Nature's Power by 1 sec.
[Elune] - Blooming Shot duration to gain Nature's Power has been increased to 12 sec from 5 sec.
[Elune] - Blooming Shot has it's damage and healing reduced now by 50%
[Elune] - Blooming Shot (heal), Medicinal sting, Grove Medicine are now treated as Ranged Abilities instead of Spell. This means they scale from Ranged Critical Chance and it's Critical strike multiplier has been doubled.
[Elune] - Reduced the healing of Vampire Lord by 50%.
[Elune] - Beacon of shadow now transfers Unholy Light healing.
[Elune] - Unholy Light now requires spirit primary stat allocation.

[Elune] - Prayer of Preservation now only applies Grace on its final heal.
