[Elune] [Area-52] Secret of the Farstrider now scales up with levels. It has a smaller spell damage coefficient increase while leveling but it remains unchanged at level 60 and higher.
Talents & Abilities
[Elune] [Shadow of Death] Increased the damage inherited from Ambush and Ravage to 75% from 33%.
[Elune] [Shadow of Death] Fixed a bug causing the Shadow of Death triggered from Ravage to double-dip on modifiers, and be able to critically strike. It will now behave the exact same way as the version triggered by Ambush and only deal the inherited damage.
[Area-52] [Elune] [Pending Restart] - Fixed a bug with Power of Light where in some circumstances you could heal another target but still gain a % of your base mana. (It will now only trigger when healing yourself.)
[General] Various new flavor spells have been added to a variety of classes and are still the process of being added.

[Pending Restart] [Elune] Arcane Shelling now increases the damage of Arcane Shot by 3% per stack in PvP combat, down from 5%.
[Pending Restart] [Elune] Arc Aim Shot now increases the damage of Arcane Shot by 5% per stack in PvP combat, down from 15%.

[Elune] - Fixed a bug where Touch of Death and Devouring Touch would consume all the their charges instead of two at a time.
[Elune] - Fixed a bug where Fireball would consume Fire Evoked from the Spellstorm talent. This could cause the playstyle to run "dry" on expected procs.

[Area-52] [Arcane Thunder Seer] Fixed a bug where Spellstorm Missiles could damage your primary target. Spellstorm Missiles will now properly only hit other nearby targets. The tooltip of Arcane Overload has been updated to make this clearer.

[Elune] Devil's Ignition now deals 10% reduced damage in PvP combat.

[Elune] - Paragon of Darkness now also grants you 10% spell critical strike chance in addition to its previous effects (this is effectively keeping the 10% crit built up from Paragon of Light during the Shadow Phase).
[Elune] Added a Horde and Alliance spell power shield to the PvP vendor.
