[General] Trees have been adjusted with the above changes in mind for applicable classes
[General] Dispels have been split where applicable. Only healer specs will have access to Magic dispels with the current exception of Monk. Classes with healer specs have had their original dispel converted to a disease, poison, or curse dispel.

[Pending Restart] Sealed In Flames now correctly increases the damage of Seal of righteousness. (Was incorrectly buffing Seal of command).

[Area-52] Rend- Hydra's Venom Damage increased by 17% in PvP Combat.

Talents & Abilities
These changes will ensure these items remain powerful while removing the exploitable hidden interaction with Wild Imps. These changes will go out on Monday.
- The Arcanite Dragonling trinket now also passively grants 10 critical strike rating and 8 haste rating while now being able to roll a bigger and stronger range of random stats.
- The Flame Buffet debuff from Arcanite Dragonling now instead increases the fire damage of the Dragonling itself by 50% per stack. Stacks up to 5 times.
- Searing Needle proc now instead increases your critical strike chance against the target by 1%
Fixed an issue where the procs from Searing Needle and Arcanite Dragonling granted an absurd amount of power in certain scenarios. These procs used to be exploitable, contributing to a handful of players getting insane outlier performance from their Wild Imps when used with these effects. That problematic behavior has been replaced and the items have been buffed:
Fishing is now disabled in Battlegrounds.

[Pending Restart] The questline for the epic paladin mount is now available to Night Elf and Gnome characters.
Talents & Abilities
[Elune] [Pending Restart] Fixed an issue with Holy Radiance where the heal amount transferred was not including the extra healing from critical heals. (This means if your Greater Heal crit for 1500 the 35% transfer would be calculated as if the heal hit for 1000.)
Mystic Enchants
[Area-52] [Pending Restart] Holy Radiance now transfers 40% of the amount healed by Flash Heal up from 35% to targets affected by your Renew.
[Area-52] [Pending Restart] Holy Radiance has been buffed and no longer reduces the healing of Greater Heal by 30%. However the transfer of Greater Heal has been reduced from 35% to 25%. (This results in a buff to single target healing with Greater Heal with no change to healing output when transferring it to renewed targets.)

[Runemaster] Manastorm now instant by default.
[Runemaster] The Millhouse Special now causes Manastorm and Runed Cascade to increase damage taken from Primordial Pulse.

[Ranger] - Forest Fighter fixed and no longer gives double the cooldown reduction on Woodland Blade when Wild Strike is used.

[Ranger] - Beatdown stacks now properly consumed by Exploit/Flank.
[Ranger] - Agile Strikes fixed and properly increases the damage of Ravage/Brigand Strike as well as correctly increasing Ravage’s DoT damage.
[Ranger] - Skirmish fixed and now gives the proper amount of spell haste.
[Ranger] - Devastating Shots fixed and will now properly increase the crit damage bonus of Skullpiercer/Precision shot.
[Ranger] - Piercing Shot now benefits Hawkeye as intended.
[Monk] - Engrave Runes of Consecration will no longer apply a deprecated proc effect.
[Monk] - Zeal now dispels active slow effects on you in addition to making you immune to them.
[Knight of Xoroth] - War Pig now increases your critical strike by 10% after using Brimstone Bludgeon.
[Knight of Xoroth] - Killing Frenzy fixed and now properly increases the damage of Gore.
[Witch Hunter] - Ricochet now costs 40 rage up from 25, but lets you hit 5 targets up from 3 by default
[Witch Hunter] - With Style now works with Subdue and not Ricochet
[Witch Hunter] - Vanquish is no longer a capstone
[Witch Hunter] - Dark Hunter no longer procs off of any damage, only critical strikes as intended.
[Witch Hunter] - Improved Searing Blade fixed and will properly increase the damage dealt by Searing Blade.
[Witch Hunter] - Hail of Gunfire fixed and now gives the proper 10% haste increase with Blasting Powder.
[Witch Hunter] - Holstered fixed and will now properly make your next Flintlock at 3 stacks instant cast.
