[Pending Restart][Elune] Changed the proc requirement of Savage Defense from physical critical strikes while in bear form, to critical strikes with melee attacks. This is in line with how Savage Defense functioned on season release.
Fixed a bug where Adventure Mode aggro mechanics could trigger creature's Lightning Shields, resulting in a very shocking death.
Fixed a bug where Frost Bomb could consume Winter's Mantle.
Fixed a tooltip bug where Gathering Will did not indicate Fire Blast could generate stacks. Both Fireball and Fire Blast casts can grant new stacks.
Fixed a tooltip bug where Winter's Mantle did not indicate Ice Lance could generate stacks. Both Frostbolt and Ice Lance casts can grant new stacks.
