All Callboard Open World Quests items now have a 100% chance to drop.
Vortex now will spawn 4 seconds after creature death. Up from 3 seconds. To provide more time to run out of pull radius.
Decreased damage of Vortex from 15% HP to 10%.
Decreased radius of Vortex pull in Manastorm from 15yd to 10yd.
Talents & Abilities
Reduced level scaling of Syndicate Sniper Shot. Now it will gain 20% weapon damage per rank for all spell ranks before rank 6 (the max rank at lvl 60).
[Pending Restart][Elune]Fixed the tooltip of Toxic Strikes to properly state that the buff gets consumed with 10 or more stacks.
[Pending Restart][Elune]Fixed a bug preventing Dark Intent to double proc with Double down if both strikes landed critical hit.
[Pending Restart][Elune]Colossus Smash no longer removes Impaled from the target upon hit.
[Pending Restart][Elune]Fixed the tooltip of Solar Strike to properly state that the application of Solar Burn is a 20% chance per combo point. Nothing has changed with how the ability works, it was just missing tooltip information.
Item Changes
Fixed an issue where [Bloodforged Vengeful Gladiator's Executioner] was unusable, it's now correctly a two-handed axe usable.
General
[Cultist] Twisted Sanity now is applied to the target being healed and increases the healing.
[Cultist] Fixed a bug where Hallucination would put Satiate on cooldown.
[Cultist] Fixed a bug where Influence Cultist (Specialization passive) would reduce the cast time of Edicts without having Old God's Command learned.
