[Elune] [Pending Update] Fixed a bug where Cat Forms was not granting baseline flat amount of attack power, they will now grant 1 per player level + 25% of your agility.
[Elune] Fixed a bug where Victory Rush hits not enabled by Last Stand failed to trigger the cooldown reduction of Victorious Stand.
[Pending Restart] Updated the tooltip of the Holy Specialization Capstone to clarify that the Holy Critical Strike Chance increase affects the next Holy spell-cast.
[Pending Restart][Elune] Fixed a bug with Blessed by the Moon and Blessed by the Sun where they would not apply currently known Moonfire / Insect Swarm transforms.
Item Changes
[Pending restart & cache clear] Fixed an issue where Ribsplitter had lower DPS than intended. It is now the same as other comparable One-Handed weapons.
General
Fixed a bug where Shadow Born was increasing Shadowburn damage by more than intended and stated on the tooltip. It was increasing damage by 35% in PvE and PvP, instead of the intended 25% in PvE and 10% in PvP.
Fixed a bug where Wave of Despair did not have its PvP mod applied properly. This PvP mod is 20% less damage versus players.
Fixed a bug where Astral Fusion was consuming on hit rather than on cast.
[Elune] You now take 5% less damage versus players.
[Knight of Xoroth] The Defiance spec tree has been adjusted for better pathing and clarity
[Knight of Xoroth] The Defiance spec tree capstones have been adjusted to be tank-focused and not dps-focused in a tank tree

[Knight of Xoroth] Forgefiend's Bulwark now increases block rating by a % of your Strength alongside its original effects
[Knight of Xoroth] Dread Knight now also removes the cooldown of Suffuse
[Knight of Xoroth] Forges of Demonfire now gives 150% armor up from 100%

Talents & Abilities
[Pending Restart] [Elune] Flesh Hook will now pull targets in front of you, instead of right on your position (to simplify attacking afterwards). Also fixed a bug where you did not have to face your target while using it.
[Pending Restart] Fixed a bug where Flourish was not affecting the Heal over Time portion of Growing Earth.
[Pending Restart] [Elune] Fixed a bug where Frenzied growths 100% bonus healing to Wild Growth was being reduced to 50% while the Grove Ranger talent was learned. (It now just grants the full 100% healing even while Grove Ranger talent is learned.)
[Elune] Fixed a bug where Thrill of the Hunt did not reduce the cooldown of Focused Burst.

[Pending Restart] [Elune] Fixed a bug where Atal'ai Totem was not dealing the same damage as Searing Totem. It now has correct scaling and will scale with the same modifiers as Searing Totem.
[Pending Restart] [Elune] Fixed a bug where the Master Tactician talent could not trigger from Explosive Shot.
[Pending Restart] [Elune] Fixed a bug where Prayer of Preservation was not correctly consuming the Serendipity buff.
