Fixed an issue where some melee abilities weren't able to be dodged/parried/blocked.
[Pending Restart] - The following bosses now drop 2 raid caches up from 1, rewarding you more for completing the instance: Hakkar, Ragnaros, Onyxia, Nefarian, Ossirian the Unscarred, C'thun, Kel'thuzad, Prince Malchazeer, Gruul, Magtheridon, Lady Vashj and Kael'thas.
Talents & Abilities
Conflagrate now deals 15% less damage versus players. (A bug which caused it to deal less damage in PvP was recently fixed, increasing its overall damage.)
[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where Flametongue Totem and Totem of Wrath would still apply to you even when you went outside their range.
Mystic Enchants
[Cauterizing Flames] Updated tooltip to the new paradigm to make it more clear and readable. (pending restart and patch)
[Cauterizing Flames] Fixed an issue where you would no longer be able to apply Radiant Kindling after dying until you re-equipped the Enchant.
[Disciple of Arugal] Fixed an issue where Shadow Bolt was not proccing Lessons in Shadow.
Previously if you procced Shadow Trance while hardcasting Shadowbolt, that Shadowbolt would consume the buff. Shadow Trance will now only be consumed when you instant cast Shadowbolt or Seed of Corruption.
Fixed an issue where Seed of Corruption would not always consumed Shadow Trance.
[Pending Restart] [Dark Ranger] Fixed an issue where Dark Arrows would stop working afte casting an immunity spell.
General
[Requires Launcher Update] Fixed an issue preventing in-game bug reports from submitting.
[Pending Instance Reset] - The Next Instance Reset of Blackwing Lair (i.e. the week of 02/24->03/02) will NOW have raid caches. (This way you aren't being punished by having a raid day before the release of Ahn'Qiraj).

Mystic Enchants
[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where the Voodoo Power Mystic Enchantment had been reverted to 7%, it is now again set to 4% bonus spell scaling.
[Pending Restart] [Eldritch Knight] Fixed an issue where the spell visual for Eldritch Explosion was not working correctly.
[Hoplite] Fixed an issue where an old mechanic was still present that allowed Taunt to restore Defensive Stance passive bonuses to Hoplite.
[Grove Ranger] Fixed an issue where the Grove Ranger buff was not increasing the max targets affected by Wild Growth. Grove Ranger will now properly increase the number of allies healed by Wild Growth by 1 per stack.
[Lei Shen's Legacy] Fixed an issue where Voltaic Bite could not be used while disarmed. (Pending Restart)
Using Dark Apotheosis will now also teach you Taunt (Dark Apotheosis), a taunt only usable while in Metamorphosis (Dark Apotheosis).
Fixed an issue where you could still get interrupted while casting in Metamorphosis (Dark Apotheosis).
Fixed an issue where Metamorphosis (Dark Apotheosis), Demon Spikes and Shadow Cleave (Demonic Rage) were not showing up in Warlock spell book.
Clarified the tooltip of Apotheotic Power from Dark Apotheosis that it can only be consumed with spell with cast time.
Fixed an issue causing Shadow Cleave (Demonic Rage) to not properly scale with equipped weapon's attack speed. It will now properly use the weapons listed attack speed, but the spell power scaling has been increased to compensate.
Fixed a bug where Shadow Cleave (Demonic Rage) could not trigger the Pyroclasmic Rage buff giving 20% damage to next direct damage spell cast.
Fixed a bug where you would get the cooldown reduction on Shadow Cleave (Demonic Rage) even when you didnt have Demonic Rage buff active.
General
[Pending Restart] Crowd Control Abilities can no longer be dodged or parried passively. This includes spells like disarm, all stuns etc. Active defensives such as Evasion will still dodge phyiscal stuns enless used from behind.
[Thrall] Evicerate Damage reduced by 10% in pvp
[Thrall] Razzashi Talon Damage reduced by 25% in pvp (Done to mirror current mutilate pvp mod)
[Thrall] Disembowel Damage has been reduced by 10% in pvp Combat
[Tinker] Flame Jet Augment will now apply the dot to all enemies who receive the initial damage from Flame Jets
[Tinker] Core Augment: Arclight will now properly trigger Overclocked on critical strikes
[Tinker] Core Augment: Stormstone now properly has a chance to proc a Nature Damage effect on School Damage
[Guardian] Issue where Arcing Strike was not generating threat has been fixed

[Pending Restart] Consumed by Shadows now makes your Master of Subtlety increase Shadow damage done instead of all magic damage.
