Requirements for I Pitied The Fool Achievement has been adjusted to be completable without TBC/WOTLK being active (Pending restart)
Garrote will now correctly deal damage after it's duration is increased using Perforation RE (Pending restart)
Fixed an issue where Swashbuckler: Bloodsail Captiain was usable without wielding only single one-handed weapon (Pending restart)
Feral Quake will now spawn Earthquakes along the way and at the final destination (Pending restart)

Consolidated a few buffs into less groups to make it easier to obtain all raid buffs in tandem with Hybrid Update. Strength of Earth, Blessing of Might, and Battleshout are now a part of the same buff group. Strength of Earth will receive some specific updates later to give it some sort of edge to account for the downsides of totems.
[Pending Patch Update] - Fixed an error where some Worldforged Enchantments were not viewable on Area-52.
Talents & Abilities
Wild Quiver now has a 10/20/30% proc chance (up from 4/8/12%) and deals 40% weapon damage (down from 80%). This means an overall power increase of 25% per talent.
Mystic Enchants
The Wild Quiver enchant now increases the proc chance of the talent by 8%, up from 4%. Since the damage of Wild Quiver was halved, the power of this enchant is unchanged.
Razor Claws now enables the periodic damage of Rake to critically hit.
Razor Claws no longer increases the damage of your Bloodthirst.
Endless Agony: Now stacks up to 25 times, down from 40. (This change went live with the increase to the damage increase of the debuff, but was not changelogged)
Pending restart [Curse of Arugal] Fixed an issue where Goldrinn's Guile could be procced without having Predatory Strikes talented.
General
Malice can now proc from Crimson Tempest (has a 100 milisecond ICD). Restoring energy on bleeds.
Titan's Grip now reduces the healing done by 10% (with the recent changes to stat allocations remaining at 5% made this talent even MORE non choice than it already was for healers).
All Worldforged Enchants are now available on Area 52
Frozen Chaos: Frozen chaos buff now stacks up to 4 times, up from 3.
Applied the quadratic scaling for combo points on Solar Burn. This greatly buffs the damage of 5 combo point Solar Burns but nerf the damage of 1 to 3 combo point eviscerates.
Knight of the Eclipse: Increased the damage and scaling of Solar Burn (DoT) effect from Knight of the Eclipse by 10%.
Starsurge damage against monsters is increased by 16%.
Starfire damage against monsters is increased by 16%.
Wrath damage against monsters is increased by 16%.
Celestial Fury now correctly increases the damage per stack.
Critical Cycles now increases the damage of Moonfire (DoT) and Insect Swarm (DoT) by 50% against monsters from 30%.
Mystic Enchants
The Shadow damage triggered by Master of Shadows can now also trigger from Crimson Tempest.
