General
[Reaper] Greater Crimson Pact is no longer improperly capped to 5 targets.
[Pyromancer] Inferno can now be cancelled early, but will only do the big pulse of healing if you channel the full duration.
[Pyromancer] Rekindle no longer improperly triggers Offering of Executus.
[Pyromancer] Overheat now properly causes Slagstone to cleave to one additional nearby target.
[Primalist] Call of Ursoc now instantly resets the cooldown of both Bear’s Maw and Totemic Smash, instead of causing the next one of them to not incur a cooldown, but the cooldown has been increased. (Note: Through other talents, a core loop of Rylak’s Bite -> Bear’s Maw -> Totemic Smash has been established, and this talent broke that core loop by resetting one of them and not the other, desyncing it.)
[Knight of Xoroth] Melt can now properly trigger Pestilence Unbound.
[Knight of Xoroth] Inferno Blast now properly increases the damage of Seeking Flame instead of Infernal Strike.
[Knight of Xoroth] Flames of Xoroth rank 2 no longer splits damage (this was removed on other ranks last week, this rank accidentally got missed)
[Guardian] Elegant Combat now highlights Pulverize.
[Felsworn] Immolation Aura now properly generates threat, puts you in combat, etc.
[Cultist] The Heretic level 30 and level 40 spec passives now require the correct level (they were reversed).
[Cultist] Hammer of Twilight now properly cleaves 2 additional nearby targets, instead of only 1.
[Cultist] Malevolent Power can no longer build stacks while you have the instant cast buff active.
[Cultist] Saronite Shield now requires Black Blood on the target, instead of Void-Touched.
[Bloodmage] The free Vampiric Fang from casting Transgression now properly triggers its heal.
[Bloodmage] Bloodborn now just affects the spell haste of your next 3 casts instead of specifying specific spells
[Necromancer] Value of Summoning Adept reduced by 5%.
[Necromancer] Value of Fetid Mark reduced by 1%.
[Necromancer] Base damage and scaling of Command: Skeletal Archer reduced by 5%.
[Necromancer] You can no longer cast Command spells while casting or channeling other spells.
[Chronomancer] Discordance no longer triggers Unearthed Pools without the talent.
[Witch Hunter] Darkness capstone row has seen the following talents reworked: Low Dawn, Anguishing Flock, Deal with the Devil, Magical Blasting Powder
[Witch Hunter] Boltslinger Spec Passive now grants ranged attacks and abilities a chance to shoot a shot dealing damage based on ranged attack power.
[Witch Hunter] Bane of Witches now increases your Physical Damage for a short period after using a Bolt.
[Witch Hunter] Darkness, No More replaced with Neverending Pursuit, causing Damnation crits to refund rage.
[Witch Hunter] Tormentor Bolt renamed to Tormentor.
[Witch Hunter] Abrasive now causes Tormentor Bolt to tick faster.
[Witch Hunter] Strafing Shot now causes ranged direct crits to spread Tormentor Bolt to one nearby enemy.
[Witch Hunter] Expect the Unexpected makes Witchbane and Darkslayer do more damage against targets affected by Tormentor Bolt.
[Witch Hunter] Giantslayer now affects both bolts.
[Witch Hunter] Lucky Shot no longer increases bolt crit chance.

[Witch Hunter] Bolt and Dash no longer a capstone, now a mid level talent causing your next bolt to deal more damage and incur no shared CD. Cooldown now 45 seconds.
[Witch Hunter] Witching Bolt now an execute spell with increasing damage based on Rage spent, called Damnation
[Witch Hunter] Ricochet remade into Ricocheting Bolt, dealing damage to up to 5 enemies, increasing with each enemy hit. Shares cooldown with Heartseeking Bolt.
[Witch Hunter] Heartseeking Bolt now a 6 second cooldown and costs rage.
[Witch Hunter] Witchbane is now a channeled stationary ability dealing damage over time. No longer restores mana.
[Witch Hunter] Witchblood Tonic no longer heals.

[Witch Hunter] Darkflock no longer scales with modifiers to Flintlock Shot. Now is affected by Blasting Powder and consumes it and does AOE damage upfront, not after a single target hit.
[Witch Hunter] Repulse now knocks back baseline and Spreading Darkness now reduces its cooldown.
[Witch Hunter] Darkslayer and Shadowblast have been combined into 1 spell called Shadowblast
[Witch Hunter] Coiling Shot and Flintlock Shot have been combined into 1 spell called Darkslayer
[Sun Cleric] Justice now costs Rage.

[Sun Cleric] Bastion of Vengeance removed from switch node with Seraphic Justice.
[Sun Cleric] Seraphic Justice and Dawn’s Arrival now proc from Dawnbringer instead of Righteous Slam.
Talents & Abilities
Light at the end of the Tunnel duration now lasts for 18 sec, changed from 15 sec.
Twilight Paragon now reduces the damage you take from Shadow Word: Death by 10% per stack. It now grants 1% Smite damage per stack, changed from 1% critical strike chance. Shadow Word: Pain is now extended by 3 sec on dealing Twilight damage, changed from casting Smite. Mind Flay and Mind Sear gets an additional damage tick over their duration while Paragon of Darkness is active.
Light and Shadow now increases Smite critical chance by 8%, changed from 10%.
Curse of Doom now benefits from damage over time modifiers like Haunt, Shadow Embrace and spellstones.
Shadow Visions now requires 6 fragments, changed from 9. The empowered effects are now: Devouring Plague: Duration increased by 12 seconds. Mind Blast: Damage increased by 50%, makes your next Mind Flay have 33% increased critical strike chance. Vampiric Touch: Marks a target to take 15% increased periodic damage from you for 30 seconds.
Lava Beam damage has been reduced and now deals about 15% more damage than a Chain Lightning. The jump damage is no longer reduced, changed from 30% per jump.
Fixed a bug where Doomguard would not attack summoner when summoned from Curse of Doom.
