[General] Spells that deal “X”strike damage (ex: Flamestrike, Naturestrike, Shadowstrike,etc.) have now been assigned 1 school that matches how the ability was intended to function against armor and resistances (ex: A Flamestrike spell is now either a Fire spell or a Physical spell)
[General] Hit rating and expertise values and how you acquire them have been adjusted across the board. They are generally spec-based acquisitions now, instead of class tree or baseline.
[General] Tanks no longer have hit and expertise conversions.
