[Elune] [Glimmer of Light] - Healing transfer for Holy Shock has been increased to 50%.
[Elune] [Glimmer of Light] - No longer limited to only 3 Glimmers of Light.
[Elune] [Glimmer of Light] - New effect: now increases healing done by Holy Shock on targets affected by Glimmer of Light by 50%.
[Elune] [Static shock] - Reduced the cooldown of static shock to 1.5 sec. Down from 2.
[Elune] [Red Sands] Shield strike now applies 6 stacks of Skewered. Up from 3.
[Elune] [Divine Reset] - Now reduces the cooldown of Guardian of Ancient Kings by 12 seconds, up from 10.
[Elune] [Arcanesworn] - Triggering Arcanesworn now also reduces the cooldown of Divine Illumination by 4 seconds.
[Elune] [Fangs of Ashamane] - The proc chance of Fangs of Ashamane has been increased to 18%, up from 10%. The internal cooldown of Fangs of Ashamane has been increased to 3 seconds.
[Elune] [System Shock] - Increased the base damage and scaling of System Shock by 50%.
[Elune] [Fangs of Ashamane] - You now gain a charge of Fangs of Ashamane every 8 finishing moves cast, this does not trigger the internal cooldown of Fangs of Ashamane.
[Elune] [System Shock] - Fixed an issue causing System Shock to sometimes fail to slow the target.
[Elune] [Talonshrike] - Now reduces the cooldown of Fury of the Eagle by 4 seconds, up from 2 seconds.
[Elune] [Widowmaker] - Now converts 25% of your agility to Armor Penetration, up from 20%.
[Elune] [Talonshrike] - Now increases the damage of Raptor Strike, Counterattack, and Mongoose Bite by 25%, up from 20%.
[Elune] [Target Spotted!] - Target Spotted now increases the damage taken from the casters Hunter Shots and Orbital Arrows by 12%, up from 10%.
[Elune] [Target Spotted!] - Orbital Arrows now deal 90% ranged weapon damage, up from 85%.
[Elune] [Arcane Shelling]- Now increases the damage of Arcane Shot and Aimed Shot by 25% per stack, up from 20%.
[Elune] [Deadly Aim] - Now increases the damage of your next Aimed Shot or Kill Shot by 40%, up from 30%.
[Elune] - Increased the damage of Cone of Cold, Winterfall Firebreath, Glacial Spike, and Ice Lance by 15% against monsters.
[Elune] [Shattered Veil] - Shattered Veil now makes the target take 10% more spell damage. This does not stack with similar effects.
[Elune] [Sinister Flurry] - Sinister Flurry now has a 50% chance to proc and the damage now deals 100% weapon damage. Up from 33% proc chance and 75% weapon damage.
[Elune] [Leader of the Elements] - Buffs granted to your Greater Elementals now increase their damage by 80% and their haste by 30%. Up from 40/15% respectively.
[Elune] [Leader of the Elements] - Stormstrike and Lava Lash now reduce the cooldown of Greater Elemental totems by 10 seconds. Up from 5 seconds.
[Elune] [Backstab Berserker] - Backstab Berserker proc now also reduces the cooldown of Spiteful Strike by 1.5 seconds.
[Elune] [Leap of the Old Gods] - Leap of the Old Gods now has a new mechanic: Casting Mind Blast against monsters reduces the cooldown of Heroic Leap by 2 seconds.
[Elune] [Fiery Heroic Leap] - Fiery Heroic Leap now has a new mechanic: Casting Scorch or Searing Pain against monsters reduces the cooldown of Heroic Leap by 1 second.
[Elune] [Arngrim's Greeting] - Arngrim's Greeting now has a new mechanic: Casting Frostbolt against monsters reduces the cooldown of Heroic Leap by 1 second.
[Elune] [Arcane Synergy] - Arcane Synergy now reduces the cast speed by 10% and increases the critical strike damage bonus and damage against monsters by 5%.
[Elune] [Arcane Synergy] - Arcane Synergy now stacks up to 20 stacks. Up from 5.
[Elune] [Absolute Hellfire] - Absolute Hellfire has been reworked: Dealing damage with Flamestrike and Meteor marks the target for 3 sec. Each tick of Rain of Fire triggers additional Fire damage to marked targets. This uses Rain of Fire modifiers.

[Pending Restart and Clear Cache] All mounts now will indicate if they are ground mount or a mount that is capable of flying.
Buffed the attack speed of Bor -o G'urth, the Hand of Death and Lebed -o G'urth, the Finger of Death to 3.7 seconds (up from 3.6). These are the unique, Ascended only, Magtheridon polearm weapons.

[Elune] Fixed a bug where the Throwing Specialization Capstone could give increased value to Shuriken Toss and Deadly Throw in certain scenarios after you changed your specialization.
