[Elune] [System Shock] - Increased the base damage and scaling of System Shock by 50%.
[Elune] [Goremaw's Bite] - Fixed an issue where the trigger chance was rolled individually on each target hit, instead of on cast. The damage of Goremaw's Bite has been increased by 20%.
[Elune] [Poison Nova] - Increased the base damage and scaling of Poison Nova by 30%.
[Elune] [Talonshrike] - Raptor Strike now also reduces the cooldown of Fury of the Eagle by 2 seconds.
[Elune] [Etheric Vengeance] - Now triggers Righteous Vengeance at 20% of the damage done, up from 15%.
[Elune] [Blade of the Magisters] - Blade of the Magisters now increases the damage done by Arcane Mage spells by 15% per stack, up from 12%.
[Elune] [Divine Reset] - Now reduces the cooldown of Guardian of Ancient Kings by 10 seconds, up from 6 seconds.
[Elune] [Arcane Shelling] - Now increases the damage of Arcane Barrage by 30%, up from 20%. Arcane Shot and Aimed Shots modifiers remain at 20%.
[Elune] [Harnessed Energy] - Fixed a bug causing Arcane Shot and Arcane Bullet to not consume stacks of Harnessed Energy.
[Elune] [Arcane Reloading] - Dealing Arcane spell damage to a target affected by your Black Arrow has a 20% chance to extend its duration by 2 seconds. This effect has a 1 second cooldown.
[Elune] [Arcane Aiming] - Increased the base damage and scaling of Arcane Aiming by 30%.
[Elune] [Arcane Gunslinger] - Now increases the damage of your next Arcane Barrage by 50% against monsters per stack, up from 20%.
[Elune] [Rune-etched Bullets] - Now grants 4 stacks of Arcane Blast or Harnessed Energy.
[Elune] [Rune-etched Bullets] - Fixed a bug causing Rune-etched Bullets to not grant additional charges of Harnessed Energy.
[Elune] [Rune-etched Bullets] - Now increases the damage of your next Arcane Blast by 200% against monsters, up from 100%. It now also sets the Arcane Blast global cooldown to 1 second.
[Elune] [Rune-etched Bullets] - Now has a 33% chance to trigger, up from 25%.
[Elune] [Shot Weaving] - Gunslingers Barrage can now trigger Piercing Shots.
[Elune] [Ready to Demolish!] - Fixed a bug causing Ready to Demolish! to not increase the damage of Mongoose Bite.
[Elune] [Twin Fangs] - The proc chance of Twin Fangs has been increased to 33%, up from 25%.
[Elune] [Twin Fangs] - Triggering Twin Fangs now also reduces the cooldown of Raptor Strike and Mongoose Bite by 1 second, and Glaive Toss by 3 seconds.
[Elune] [Twin Fangs] - Now deals 125% of the damage done by the triggering Mongoose Bite or Counterattack against monsters, up from 50%. It remains at 50% against players.
[Elune] [Locust Cascade] This talent has a new mechanic: Hitting a target affected by Insect Swarm with Toxic Surge is guaranteed to, and Hunter shots have a chance 20% chance to increase the damage taken from your Wrath and Serpent Sting by 12% against monsters, and 4% against players. Stacking 6 times. The duration of this aura cannot be refreshed.
[Elune] [Deadly Instinct] - Now increases the damage of Mongoose Bite by 60% against monsters, up from 40%.
[Elune] [Coldshot] - Is now a buff on the caster instead of a debuff on the struck targets. This is meant to make the benefit easier to utilize in quick paced encounters, and on target swaps.
[Elune] [Rising Chaos] - Fixed a bug causing Chaos Burns damage-over-time portion to benefit from the damage increase of Rising Chaos. These type of effects should only benefit things that also consume them.
[Elune] [Frozen Munitions] - Fixed a bug causing the Cone of Cold empowerment to also increase damage-over-time effects classed as Cone of Cold without consuming the effect.
[Pending Restart] The heal from Halo is now able to trigger procs.
Changements d'Objets
Normal version of Ashtongue Talisman of Equilibrium now grants 1% reduced damage taken or 2% healing taken increase when health conditions are met. These effects increase by additional 1% for each difficulty. These have been live since Chapter 3 Prepatch but were missing changelog.
[Pending Restart] Fixed a bug where Miel's Lost Talisman would proc on 6th attack instead of 5th.

[Karazhan Crypts] The Judgement of Sinners encounter will now receive 5 Runic Power from each Wretched Sinner that reaches the center on Mythic Difficulty, down from 10.

[Pending Restart] [Gruul's Lair] [Gruul the Dragonkiller]: Corrected an issue where boulders final explosion would scale incorrectly with certain modifiers. Boulders final explosion now deals 100% more base damage.
[Pending Restart] [Gruul's Lair] [Gruul the Dragonkiller]: Boulders are now larger in appearance, fitting their effect area when moving along the room, move faster and now have a cooldown per target struck, correcting an issue where player could been hit by the same boulder multiple times.
[Pending Restart] [Gruul's Lair] [Gruul the Dragonkiller]: Corrected an issue where the effect radius of boulders was much smaller then the visible boulder.
[Pending Restart] [Gruul's Lair] [Gruul the Dragonkiller]: Shatter no longer ignores certain player damage modifiers and will now correctly scale damage based on proximity. The radius for damage being inflicted to each other now has floating scaling for flexible player numbers and will adjust with each player added to the raid, moving between 15 yards minimum and 30 yards maximum radius.
[Pending Restart] [Gruul's Lair] [Gruul the Dragonkiller]: Gronlords Grasp and Stoned now make targets immune to Trauma for their duration.
[Pending Restart] [Gruul's Lair] [Gruul the Dragonkiller]: Reverberation now has a 1 second casttime.
[Pending Restart] [Gruul's Lair] [Gruul the Dragonkiller]: Trauma can no longer be removed by any means and persists through death. Trauma will not inflict damage to a target as long as the target has an effect active that makes it immune to damage inflicted by Trauma.
[Pending Restart] [Gruul's Lair] [Gruul the Dragonkiller]: Trauma - Exsanguinate - The damage while moving - Now is effected by damage reduction.
[Pending Restart] [Gruul's Lair] [Gruul the Dragonkiller]: Trauma is now split into its periodic damage and damage while moving partition.
[Pending Restart] [Gruul's Lair] [Gruul the Dragonkiller]: Gruul now casts Hurtful Strike whenever he does an auto attack. Previously he would cast Hurtful Strike on a timer.
