Light's Grace now also reduces the cast time of your next Prayer of Healing.
Increased the AP scaling of Wing Clip to 40%, up from 25%.
Fixed an issue where Molten Fury would affect all Fire damage, instead of only Mage spells.
Improved Leader of the Pack now heals for 1.5/3%, down from 2/4%.
Crusader Strike (One with the Light) now deals 15% reduced damage against players, from 20%.
Divine Storm (One with the Light) now deals 15% reduced damage against players, from 20%.
Berserker Rage now has a 6 second duration, up from 5. If Berserker Rage is used to break a CC, the duration is reduced to 3 seconds.
Mocking Blow damage reduction from Iron Will talent will now last 6 seconds when used in PVP, down from 10 seconds,
Reckoning now deals 20% reduced damage against players. It previously did not have a PvP modifier.

Pyroblast now deals 15% reduced damage against players, from 10%.
Overpower now deals 35% reduced damage against players, from 25%.
Mortal Strike now deals 40% reduced damage against players, from 35%.
Curse of Agony now deals 5% reduced damage against players, from 10%.
Conflagrate no longer deals reduced damage against players. It previously had a PvP modifier of 5%.
Chaos Bolt now deals 10% reduced damage against players, from 15%.
Bloodthirst now deals 10% reduced damage against players, from 15%.
Arcane Shot now deals 20% reduced damage against players, from 25%.
Fixed a bug where Dismantle was usable while shapeshited.
Cheap Shot now lasts for 3.5 seconds, down from 4 seconds.
Cleaned up the tooltip of reckoning. It still shares an ICD with sword specialization and hack and slash, but it now says this within the reckoning buff instead of the talent tooltip.
Overpower now deals 120% weapon damage, from 110%.
Strength of Arms can now trigger from Execute.
King of the Jungle now reduces the mana cost of Bear and Cat Form by 15/30/45%, down from 20/40/60%.
[New Capstone]: Unending Fury - While Bloodrage is active Fear effect durations are reduced by 30% and a successful Whirlwind reduces the cooldown of your next Whirlwind by 2 seconds.
Divine Favor now increases the critical strike chance of ALL Holy spells by 100%.
Increased Frenzied Regeneration's duration to 12 seconds, up from 10. Each point of rage is now converted into 0.2% of max health, down from 0.3%.
Fixed an issue where Riposte would stack with other attack speed reducing debuffs.
Holy Shock no longer shares a cooldown with the Shaman Shock spells.
Improved Ambush is now called Out of Nowhere, and increases the critical strike chance of your Hemorrhage by 7/15% in addition to its previous effect.
Victory Rush now heals the player for 8% of their maximum health against players, down from 10%.
Mocking blow now deals 70% weapon damage to players.
Test of Faith now also increases the damage done by Smite and Holy Fire by 4/8/12% on targets at or below 50% health and the Capstone Bonus now includes Smite and Holy Fire in its effect.
Adjusted Blood Fury (racial) to also give healing power.
Clarified the tooltip of Freezing Strike to indicate that it can give two charges of Fingers of Frost when used while dual-wielding.
The cooldown of Chimera Pets' Froststorm Breath has been increased to 12 seconds, up from 10.

The duration of Deep Freeze has been reduced to 3.5 seconds, down from 4.
Fixed an issue where Every Man for Himself would remove effects that are not in the tooltip.
Silencing Shot now travels 33% faster, making it easier to time correctly against enemies that are casting.
Healing from Living Seed will now be attributed to the caster in the combat log, instead of the target it is being cast on.
Fixed a tooltip error in Decimation.
Improved Counterattack Capstone now has a 30 second cooldown, down from 60 seconds.
Soul Leech now has a 33/66/100% proc chance, up from 25/50/75%.
Fixed Unrelenting Storm's tooltip to match the number of percentage haste gained per stack.
Abolish Curse can now be dispelled.
The Nightfall talent now reduces the cast time and mana cost of Seed of Corruption in addition to Shadow Bolt.
Abolish Poison, Abolish Disease, and Abolish Curse now all tick every 2 seconds, down from every 3 seconds, but now has a duration of 8 seconds, down from 12 seconds.
Increased the tick frequency of Tremor Totem to every 2 seconds, down from every 3 seconds.
Intensify Rage now also reduces the health cost of Bloodrage by 25/50/75%.
Clarified the tooltip of Blood and Guts.
Blink now has a 35 second cooldown, up from 30 seconds.
Reduced the range of Searing Pain (Perilous Pain) to 25 yards, down from 30 yards.
Improved Hammer of Justice will now increase the stun duration by 0.33/0.66/1 seconds, down from 0.5/1/1.5 seconds.
Reckoning will now function the same way as Hack and Slash, triggering an ability called Reckoning, instead of auto attack that does not proc effects like Flametongue or Poisons.
The duration of Intimidation on your pet has been reduced to 5 seconds, from 15.
Frozen Power now has a 10 second internal cooldown.
Hand of Freedom now has a 30 second cooldown, down from 35 seconds.
Defensive Mindset from leaving Defensive Stance will now be removed when entering Defensive Stance.
Blessing of Salvation now has a 1 second global cooldown, down from 1.5 seconds.
Adjusted the icon of the Felguard's Intercept immobilize effect.
Increased the global cooldown of Hamstring and Wing Clip to 1.5 seconds, up from 1 second.
Fixed an issue causing Dispersing Blast Wave to not work.
Changed the tooltip of Tactical Mastery to clarity that the debuff for the staggered damage is dealt over time for the next 10 seconds.
Fixed an issue where rank 3 Killer Instinct would not grant critical strike chance for melee and ranged attacks.
Fixed an issue where Vindication rank 3 had a lower proc chance than intended and would stay active after unlearning the talent.
Unrelenting Storm can now be triggered from dealing damage with Lightning Shield.

On use upgraded from: Use: Increases your Spirit by 130 for 20 sec. (2 minutes cooldown) to: Use: Increases your Spirit by 200 and increases your Healing Power by 10% of your spirit. Bangle of Endless Blessings (Mythic). Now grants 24 spirit and 24 spellpower. Previously had no stats. Proc effect changed from: Equip: Your spell casts have a chance to allow 15% of your mana regeneration to continue while casting for 15 sec. to: Equip: Your spell casts have a chance to allow 25% of your mana regeneration to continue while casting for 15 sec. On use upgraded from: Use: Increases your Spirit by 140 for 20 sec. (2 minutes cooldown) to: Use: Increases your Spirit by 220 and increases your Healing Power by 12% of your spirit.
Warp-Scarab Brooch (Normal). No longer increases MP5 by 16. Now grants 30 critical strike rating. On use effect changed from: Use: Increases spell power by 150 for 20 sec. (2 minutes cooldown). to: Use: Increases spell power by 169 for 20 sec. (2 minutes cooldown) Warp-Scarab Brooch (Mythic). No longer increases MP5 by 16. Now grants 38 critical strike rating. On use effect changed from: Use: Increases spell power by up 150 for 20 sec. (2 minutes cooldown). to: Use: Increases spell power by 188 for 20 sec. (2 minutes cooldown)
Enchantements Mystiques
Weapon Command now reduces physical damage done to players by 3%.
Titanic Mutilate now deals 70% weapon damage per weapon, up from 60%.
Fixed an issue where damage triggered by the Master of Shadows Legendary Enchant could cause spell pushback.
Sacred Unity is now epic, but no longer refreshes Beacon of Light.
Spirit Dash now removes all movement impairing effects. This effect now has a 15 second cooldown, down from 20.
Unchained now immobilizes nearby enemies for 2 seconds, down from 3.
In the Zone is now also usable outside of PVP.
Clarified the tooltip of Ice Lash to state that Spirit Weapons works if your off-hand weapon is enchanted with Frostbrand, and that Ice Lash scales with modifiers to Lava Lash, like the talents Frozen Power and Lava Flows.
Soul Leech Mystic Enchant now increases the amount healed by your Soul Leech by 5%, up from 2%.
Lightning Discharge now stuns for 2.5 seconds, up from 2 seconds, and deals 100% increased damage, up from 50%.
Reduced the range of Scorch (Scorched Earth) to 25 yards, down from 30.
The Ice Lance from Ice Barrage now deals 70% damage against players.
Lengthy Abolish Poison and Lengthy Abolish Disease now both increase their respective spell duration by 2 seconds, down from 3 seconds.
Stay Frosty will no longer gain a stack when casting a spell, it will instead now gain a stack on dealing damage.
Fixed an issue where Master of Shadow would stop doing extra shadow damage on Rupture and Garrote if you die with the bleeds on targets.
Changed the tooltip of Indomitable and Undaunted to clarity they require the Stagger debuff from Tactical Mastery capstone.
Fixed an issue where Cruel Play would not affect Mutilate's damage.
[New Rare Enchant]: Growing Corruption - Increases your spell critical strike chance against targets afflicted by your Seed of Corruption by 20%. When your Seed of Corruption explodes it afflicts the target with Corruption (if known). Corruption and Seed of Corruption can now both be active on the same target.
[New Epic Enchant]: Holy Chains - Your Holy Fire shackles the target with heavy chains, reducing their movement speed by 70% for 3 seconds.
[New Legendary Enchant]: Stormhammer - Your Concussion Blow is transformed into Concussion Blow (Stormhammer), an attack with 15 yard range that deals Nature damage. This attack does not stun the target, but increases your spell damage by 30% of your Stamina and reduces your physical damage taken by 10% for 6 seconds. Dealing damage with Thunder Clap empowers your Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning for 4 seconds, increasing their threat by 50% and making them reduce the cooldown of Concussion Blow (Stormhammer) by 5 seconds.
[New Epic Enchant]: Demonic Mind - Replaces Demon Armor with Demonic MInd. While active, dealing direct damage with spells reduces the targets healing taken by 10%, stacking up to 3 times. This does not stack with other similar effects. Additionally, your spell critical strike chance is increased by 5% but healing done reduced by 10%. This can not be used together with other bar-changing abilities such as Stances or Forms.
[New Epic Enchant]: Frozen Mind - Replaces Frost Armor with Frozen MInd. While active, taking critical physical damage has a chance to make the attacker unable to critically strike for 3 seconds. This effect can only occur once every 15 seconds. Additionally Increases your armor by 200% of your Intellect, but reduces your health by 5%. This can not be used together with other bar-changing abilities such as Stances or Forms.
[New Legendary Enchant]: Holy Spirit - Healing with Penance leaves a lingering Holy Spirit on the target, increasing the healing and critical effect chance of your next Holy Shock on the target by 15%, stacking up to 4 times. In addition, effective healing with Holy Light reduces the cooldown of Penance by 3s, and Penance now channels for 1 extra second, shooting an extra volley of light.
