Added guard POI to the Booty Bay guards for the Bloodscalp realm.
Added neutral Alliance PvP gear smugglers to Booty Bay. You can find them in The Old Port Authority. They can be found near the Boomstick Imports East shop.
Added a pet trainer to Booty Bay named Graz Ficklehook. He can be located on the first level of Tan-Your-Hide Leatherworks.
Added neutral Horde PvP gear smugglers to Booty Bay. You can find them in Deep South Tannery.
Monde
Updated over 200 guard's AI combat as well as they now ignore feign death properly to prevent abuse. Additional guards are now present at major quest hubs as well as new guards at previously unguarded quest hubs.

Bloodscalp - Reduced the experience rate of all mobs in sub 60 dungeons.
Bloodscalp - Removed the Dungeon Finder rewards for all sub 60 dungeons level
Agility now grants about 0.038% dodge per point at level 60, from about 0.0574%.
Strength now grants about 0.033% parry per point at level 60, from about 0.016%.
Talents et Capacités
Blast Wave now shares a 10 sec cooldown with Typhoon.
Typhoon now shares a 10 sec cooldown with Blast Wave.
Charge now has a 16 sec cooldown, from 20 sec, and no longer requires a stance to use.
Improved Charge now reduces the cooldown of Charge by 2/4 sec, from 2.5/5.
Intercept no longer requires a stance and now shares a 10 sec cooldown with Shadowstep.
Shadowstep now shares a 10 sec cooldown with Intercept.
Curse of Exhaustion now has a 4 sec cooldown.
Slow now has a 4 sec cooldown.
Smite base damage and scaling increased by 5%.
Survival of the Fittest now increases your stats by 1/2/3%, from 2/4/6%.
Wild Quiver now deals 80% damage to players.
Lightning Shield deals 90% damage to players.
Warbringer has been reworked and now removes movement impairing effects on you when using Charge, Intercept, or Intervene.

Soul Siphon now grants 2% additional damage per DoT, down from 3%.
Improved Barrage now increases the critical chance of your Multi-Shot and Aimed Shot abilities by 4/5/6%, from 8/10/12%.
Improved Thunder Clap now increases the damage of your Thunder Clap by 6%, from 10%.
Searing Light now increases the damage of Holy Fire, Smite, Exorcism, Penance, and Holy Nova by 2/3/4%, from 3/4/5%.
Booming Thunder now deals 6% damage per stack to players, from 11%.
Booming Echoes no longer reduces the cooldown of your Shaman Shocks, now also increases the damage of your Earth Shock, and its rank is reduced to Common, from Rare.
Barrage now increases the damage of your Multi-Shot, Volley, and Aimed Shot by 4/5/6%, from 6/7/8%.
Empowered Imp now increases the damage of your Imp by 6/7/8%, from 11/13/15%.
Improved Intercept now increases the damage of your Intercept by 8/10% instead of reducing its cooldown.
