[Pending Restart] [Improved Stings] Serpent's Kiss damage will now scale as you level, and its window for activation has been changed from 3 seconds, to 5 seconds.
[Pending Restart] [Totemic Shatter] Frigid rain no longer hits targets out of line of sight.
[Pending Restart] [Totemic Shatter] Frigid rain radius changed from 20 yards to 8 yards. (This spell being at 20 yards was allowing it to almost always take users out of stealth in player v player combat).

[Pending Restart] [Vampire Lord] Unholy Prayer can now no longer target pets. (Reverted the previous change to targeting behaviour. This means Unholy Prayer is still a smart heal but will now only target players.)
[Vampire Lord] [Pending Restart] Unholy Prayer now shares the same targeting logic as Prayer of Healing. (This means that it will heal all pets and players of the target of Unholy Prayer.)

[Pending Restart] Hypnosis now lasts for 6 sec, changed from 8.
Monde
Raider’s Commendations are no longer restricted to the previous tier of content. You can now trade Raider’s Commendations on gear up to the current tier you have completed, with the exception of the last boss of each raid. This opens your ability to obtain current gear to progress the current raid to the final boss while keeping final boss loot a worthy prize for progressing content. Since the last raid boss items still unlock in the next tier, the best most iconic items are still highly prized, and it will always be worth pushing the latest raid forward.

[Pending Restart] [The Eye] [Kael'thas Sunstrider] Phoenixes spawned during the Kael'thas sunstrider encounter can now fly and are now vulnerable and immune to the same types of crowd control as Lady Vashj's phoenix.
[Pending Restart] [The Eye] [Kael'thas Sunstrider] Mana Shield has been changed. Mana Shield now absorbs 50% of all damage inflicted to Kael'thas Sunstrider and no longer has a absorption limit. Previously would absorb all damage inflicted up to a maximum that would not scale with player count. Mana Shield now has a much higher spell priority then other effects and will always be the first to be dispelled. In addition the active effect of Netherstrand Longbow now always removes Mana Shield upon hit.
[Pending Restart] [The Eye] [Kael'thas Sunstrider] Kael'thas Sunstrider now scales his mana according to the number of player inside the raid.
[Pending Restart] [The Eye] [Kael'thas Sunstrider] Kael'thas Sunstrider now gains Heating Up upon hitting his target with his Fireballs rather then finishing the casts.
[Pending Restart] [The Eye] [Kael'thas Sunstrider] Master Engineer Telonicus will no longer backpaddle like a hunter at 500 rating using arrow keys inbetween his shots.
[Pending Restart] [The Eye] [Kael'thas Sunstrider] Thaladred the Darkener will now ignore any change in his threat list made by targets that are not under the effect of his gaze.
[Pending Restart] [The Eye] [Kael'thas Sunstrider] Corrected an issue where Thaladred the Darkener would sometimes melee attack the wrong target inbetween his actions.
[Pending Restart] [The Eye] [Void Reaver] Corrected an issue where Anti-Coward Hellfire Rockets would inflict no damage.
[Pending Restart] [The Eye] [Void Reaver] Increased the damage of Proximity Mines by 100% on all difficulties.
[Pending Restart] [The Eye] [Void Reaver] Improved the spawn behaviour of Containment Units. Containment Units will now always cover half the rooms radius on spawn without slight variation in width.
[Pending Restart] [The Eye] [Al'ar] Al'ar now drops a Feather every 4 seconds on 25 player mode down from 5, providing a more fitting amount of Feathers for the larger player number.
[Pending Restart] [The Eye] [Al'ar] Al'ar now opens Phase 2 with a Dive Bomb 10 seconds after being reborne.
[Pending Restart] [The Eye] [Al'ar] Corrected an issue where Blazing Feathers sometimes would stop working when they hit the ground.
[Pending Restart] [The Eye] [Al'ar] Corrected an issue where Al'ar would not grant loot or kill credits upon death.

[Zandalari Windreaver] You can now find 3 new spells in your General Spell Tab. These can be used to recolor your Shards of Gonk!

[Pending Restart] - Doomwalker & Doom Lord Kazzak (TBC) now provide 12 Raiders Commendation up from 6.
[Pending Restart] - With updated world boss loot, on Area-52 (and once Hyjal releases for Thrall), world bosses will be able to drop Mythic Versions of their items (upscaled versions of their loot). With the release of SSC, Heroic Versions of the items are now available from World Bosses.
[Pending Restart] - The optional bosses in Karazhan: Maiden of Virtue, Terrestian Illhoof, Netherspite, Nightbane now drop 3 Raider's Commendation up from 2.
[Pending Restart] - Gruul the Dragonslayer and Magtheridon now drop 9 raider's commendations, up from 6.
[Pending Restart] - Items like The Night Blade, Blinkstrike, Cloak of Dark Bargains are purchasable from the Mythic0 coin vendor, however are soulbound upon purchasing.
[Pending Restart] - World Bosses in TBC now drop personal loot caches akin to the ones that are found from World Bosses in Azeroth. This personal loot cache functions like a callboard cache, but has a chance at containing the loot from the World Boss. (As a reminder, all loot from world bosses is Bound when Equipped, so you can trade this as much as you want).

[Pending restart][Zandalari Windreaver] Fixed a bug where Wound Poison would not apply with Loa's Assault hits.

[Stormgarde] Adjusted damage of Stormgarde in early levels. This ability was doing too much damage during early BGs and leveling. Its damage at max level stays the same.

[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where Ignite would Double-Dip from damage dealt and damage taken modifiers.
[Pending restart] The range of Ice Prism has been fixed. Like other similar spells it will now have a base range of 30 yards.
Monde
[Pending Restart] Minimal adjustment in the level of a few custom rares introduced recently: High Priestess Atayssis lvl 60 -> 58, Adranus lvl 60 -> 56, Corla level 60 -> 57, G'huurak level 60 -> 58. They still scale up with your level but will start at the new base. This is intended to bring it more in line with all the custom content being released and developed.
Further improved Dynamic Respawning for the new callboard quest area zones. The spawn time of monsters will be vastly reduced when there are many players in the area.

[Legacy of the Arcanist][Pending Update] Reduced the internal cooldown of the triggered Meteors from 9 to 8 seconds. This change follows yesterday's fixes where Meteors now trigger on hit instead of on cast. It will enable non-instant cast spells and spells with missiles to better utilize the Meteors when they become available again during their Resonances.
