[Bloodmage] You can now use 2H axes as a Bloodmage. Note: this adds additional weapon options specifically to the Accursed spec.
[Bloodmage] Clotting now uses a more appropriate level scaling, increasing its base value but reducing its AP scaling.

Fixed a bug where Elementium Arrow s and Bullets were not stacking up to 9,999.
Fixed Chromaggus’ Chromatic Adaptations causing mixed-school spells to be both increased and reduced at the same time. For example: Chaos Bolt, Shadowburn, Frostfire Bolt, Elemental Blast, The Absolute Zero Fist Weapn Set, etc would be increased via the damage done, but then also reduced by the 20% of the other element that they deal.
Fixed a bug Where Arcane Empowerment wasn't increasing the Healing of Arcane Mending and Arcane Resonance.
Meteor and Shards of Magic now stop triggering while players are dead, outside the Manastorm, still entering, or protected by the Manastorm safety bubble.

Missile Barrage and Pushing the Limit will now work with Arcane Resonance instead of just arcane missiles.
Arcane Resonance healing from Missile Barrage now uses the current target instead of the caster to find closest allies. This heals allies within 30 yds of the target.
Fixed an issue where Nefarian’s gauntlet summons were not being tracked correctly and would re-appear in the next attempt if you did not kill them.
The Raider's Commendation vendor and High Risk drops have been updated! They now have the NEW items from BWL and the new items from the boss.

Developer's Note: Shadra's Prayer was underperforming in certain brackets due to two main reasons. In early levels, it just did not grow enough, so rank 2 sees a pretty significant increase to ensure that it is growing enough to be noticeable compared to rank 1. As it stood, you gained exactly 1 point of healing going from the max value of rank 1 to the minimum value of rank 2. Another issue was that cast time was staggered when it was not intended to be. Ranks 1-4 had a cast time of two seconds, but then at rank 5 it increased to 2.5 seconds. We have changed this to a consistent 2s cast time across all ranks. Finally, rank 10 in specific was overperforming due to some heavy handed buffs that were given out previously in the alpha, we have reined this back in to be a more consistent gain. Going from rank 9 to rank 10, you gained about 70% healing, which is too significant of a spike, so rank 10 was reined in to be in line with expected growth.

Developer's Note: While we want thorns effects to exist, there was some disparity in their strength. Razorice was strictly better at most level brackets, and since they are grouped together, Bloodthorns was never usable. In general as well, the free damage granted by thorns analogues was just a little higher than we would like to see from a completely passive form of damage. For these reasons, they have been brought down, with Razorice brought down a bit more than Bloodthorns as it was outpacing it at all brackets. This only touched base values, scaling remains as it was to still allow gear to make a meaningful impact.
