[Elune] Fixed an issue where Charge triggered a 16 second shared cooldown with other gap closers instead of the intended 8 second shared cooldown. (Pending Restart)
Blooming Shot and Medicinal Sting can now be rolled at level 1 on Elune. This is aimed at opening up this hybrid healer kit. Level 1 skill cards for these abilities will be delivered during maintenance for anyone who has prestiged and does not have them unlocked. (Pending Restart)
[Charged Thunder] Corrected a tooltip issue where Protected by Thunder did not specify damage taken from creatures. This is how Lei Shen's Legacy works. No mechanics were changed.
[Charged Thunder] Fixed a bug where Thunder Hide did not grant the damage bonus to Storm Smash. (Pending Restart)
[Molten Fury] Mystic Enchant works same as the talent (all fire spells and abilities). Additionally fixed a bug where the talent and the Mystic Enchant would not benefit Elemental Blast and Sundering.

Improved tooltip clarity of Illumination talent to make it clear that the Light's Hammer cooldown reduction is a flat amount, not based on critically healing. No mechanics were changed.
[Frost Blast] Now properly gains increased range from talents that increase the range of your damaging spells with a cast time.
Fixed a bug where the Ruin Capstone did not quadruple the damage bonus of Shadowflame school spells. Fel Cleave and Fel Blade will now benefit from the Ruin Capstone.
[Burning Inner Fire] now increases the healing of Cuaterizing Fire. (Pending Restart)
[Elune] [Toxic Surge] Now deals 50% less damage in PvP combat.

Fixed a bug where Nightmare Roots damage did not inherit Entangling Roots damage modifiers.
Fixed an issue where Piercing Thorns mystic enchant would not increase the damage of spells that use Entangling Roots modifiers and deal direct damage, like Nightmare Roots.

[Spirit Frost] Fixed a tooltip issue that stated Icy Penance consumed 1 stack. It consumes 3. This only clarifies the tooltip, no mechanics were changed.
Fixed a bug where Unholy Light would not heal your Beacon of Light target.
[Elune][Flames of the Apostate] Circle of Fire will now properly radiate from all targets healed, not just the first target.
The rare mystic enchant Master of Elements will now properly increase the mana gained from the Master of Elements talent (pending restart)
