Général
The Weapon Specialization effects granted by Primary Stats (such as Fatal Wounds, Devastating Spells etc) are now passive spells. This fixes an issue that could cause these effects to stop working. The effects are now visible in the General tab of your spellbook instead of showing up as a buff.

Fixed an issue where Sidearm Specialization talent was not granting hit rating. (Pending Restart)
