Added Beginner's Book of Ascension to all Start Zones.

Testing a new system in Battlegrounds that reduces your damage taken and healing done.

Previous raid content has been returned in accordance with the new RE changes. Bosses in ZG, MC, and Onyxia’s Lair have had their health and damage reduced.

Retuned prices on honor vendors to be more in line with other ways of obtaining those items.
