This means that when hitting 10 targets, Winds of Winter hit will deal 6.5 targets worth of damage, each hit of the 10 targets being hit equal to 65% of what it would have done to a single target. Hitting more than 10 targets does not increase the overall damage done from Winds of Winter, this is unchanged.

[Launcher] New launcher update fixes an issue synchronizing realms to the website, fixes some issues when using multiple versions (PTR/Live) at same time, fixes shop default realm, some account cache reset fixes, chat setting clear, implements auto login support (if credentials are saved in-game), automatically removes trash dll that prevents linux users from loading into world. Since it has been a lot of time since we last updated launcher, false positives are expected (because we do not sign our launcher).
