The radius for damage being inflicted to each other now has floating scaling for flexible player numbers and will adjust with each player added to the raid, moving between 15 yards minimum and 30 yards maximum radius.

Mirror Shield can mirror area effects and unlike the previous reflect will not inherit the casting players damage modifications. Mirror Shield can't mirror more often then once per second.

[Pending Restart]: Corrected an issue where Nether Protection could not proc from certain spell types, primarly spells used by Raid and Dungeon Bosses.
[Elune] Fixed a bug where Endless Lightning was incorrectly affecting Fulmination and Forked Lightning. These are available for reset at Gabril Mewell.
[Elune] [Vessel of Destruction] - New talent: Fel Flame Weapon further empowers its wielder, causing Fel Cleave, Felblade and Annihilan Decimation to increase the Fire and Shadow damage taken from the caster by 5%(2% against players), and Fel Flame Weapon by another 12% against monsters. Stacking 8 times. Lasts 20 seconds. The duration of Vessel of Destruction cannot be refreshed and requires wielding a single two-handed weapon.
[Elune] [Interrogator's Immolate] - The Immolation cast time reduction can now also be triggered by Bloodthirst, the damage from Fanatic Flames now also triggers from Bloodthirst damage. The proc chance has been increased to 33% up from 25%.
[Elune] [Fel Cleave] - Fel Cleave now deals 120% weapon damage, up from 100%.
[Elune] [Annihilan Decimation] - After reviewing community feedback Annihilan Decimation has seen some changes. Annihilan Combo no longer resets the cooldown of Annihilan Decimation, instead Felblade and Fel Cleave reduce the cooldown of Annihilan Decimation by 9 seconds, it's cooldown has been increased to 20 seconds. Annihilan Combo can now also be activated by Fel Cleave, in addition to Felblade. These changes aim to make the rotation flow better if you're not playing a dot heavy variant.

[Elune] [Execution Sentence] The periodic damage and healing of Execution Sentence can now critically hit.
[Elune] [Arcane Crusade] - The Arcane Explosion empowerment is now guranteed to grant a Missile Barrage charge if the Missile Barrage talent is known.
[Elune] [Divine Concord] - Now increases the damage of Arcane Blast by 75% against monsters, up from 50%.
[Elune] [Arcane Crusade] - The damage empowerment for Arcane Missiles has been increased to 125% against monsters, from 100% and now also affects Seal of Arcane Wrath while channeling a empowered Arcane Missiles.
