Improved Fear now reduces Fear cast time by 0.1/0.2 sec, from 0.15/0.3. The slow duration is reduced to 3 sec, down from 5.
Devouring Plague now cost 28% base mana, up from 25%.
Corruption now cost 21% base mana, up from 18%.
Shadow Word: Pain now cost 25% base mana, up from 22%.
Devouring Plague now has a 0.75 PvP mod, changed from 0.8.
Mind Flay now has a 0.95 PvP mod.
Increased Shadow Word: Pain PvP to 0.7, from 0.75.
Shadow Bite (Felhunter) now has a 30% PvP mod.

Corrected an issue where Nefarians Bone Constructs would not use their abilities.
Nefarian will now summon his Bone Constructs at 30% health (up from 20%).
Chromaggus'' health has been increased significantly on heroic difficulty. Reminder that each Brood Affliction still increases damage dealt by 15%.
Time Lapse (The movement speed slow from standing inside chronosphere) now lasts for 10 seconds (down from 30).
Chronosphere will no longer increase damage dealt by 100%. Instead it will now increase casting and attack speed by 50%.
Corrosive Accid now lasts 21 seconds (up from 15). Acid Breath will no longer reduce targets armor by a random amount. It will now reduce targets armor by -4500. Periodic tick damage reduced by 50%.
Frost Burn now lasts 21 seconds (up from 15).
Ignite Flesh now lasts 21 seconds (down from 60).
Dark Flames now lasts 5 seconds (down from 10).
All Brood Afflictions will now last for 5 minutes (down from 10).
Brood Affliction: Black: Will no longer increase the players'' Fire Damage taken. It will now reduce the players attack power by 50%.
Brood Affliction: Green: No longer deals periodic damage. Now reduces healing taken by 25% (down from 50%).
Brood Affliction: Bronze: Will now stun the player every 10 seconds for 1 Second. (Was 4 Seconds).
Chromagus Enrage will no longer increase his damage done by 40%. He now gains 30% attack speed (up from 20%) and he will no longer grow to a size that causes him to adjust his position.
Corrected an issue where the Elemental Shields from Chromaggus would also reduce the damage of the element they increased(This left for a 20% increase from the intended 100% increase). Holy damage is no longer reduced by these shields as it is not empowered by Chromaggus.
Corrected an issue where Chromaggus would target the same area for his Frost Breath every time he used it.
Corrected an issue where Flamegor''s Immolate would stack to 5.
Reduced Flamegors size by 20%.
Flamegor is no longer immune to slow and snare effect.
Flamegor will no longer grow in size during Enrage. Instead Flamegor will now gain 50% increased movement speed.
Flamegor now has the lowest health of the encounter.
Flamegor will no longer cast Shadowflame. He will use Dark Breath instead.
Ebonroc now has the second highest health of the encounter.
Ebonroc will no longer cast Dark Breath.
Ebonroc''s Shadow of Ebonroc will now last 15 seconds (up from 8) and heal him for 10000 when he lands a melee attack (down from 50000). This healing is reduced by 50% on Flexmode.
Increased Firemaw''s size by 20%.
Flame Buffet has been reworked: Interval remains the same at 3 seconds. It will now increase fire damage taken by 5% per stack. It now stacks up to 50 (from 3). Duration stays at 20 seconds. Range reduced to 40 yards (was 100).
Shadowflame''s periodic damage reduced by 90%. It still requires Onyxia Scale Cloak to prevent the effect.
Firemaw, Ebonroc and Flamegor can now be seperated by 100 yards before Stress starts to stack. Stress will still start to stack when one of the drakes dies.
Corrected an issue where it was possible for the drakes to leave their room without triggering Stress.
Corrected an issue that caused Stress to stack to fast when triggered.
Corrected an issue where all three drakes would gain their Stress Aura a few seconds into combat even when they were not seperated.
Corrected an issue where it was possible to gain loot from the boss without killing all 3 drakes.

Vaelastrasz the Corrupted will no longer deal a random amount of damage with the periodic effect of her Flame Breath. This effect is still lowered via resistance.
Corrected an issue where Vaelastrasz the Corrupted would be displayed at full health. She will now engage combat at 30% health.
Corrected an issue where a player could talk to Vaelastrasz the Corrupted before Nefarian had finished his speach, causing both events to overlap.

Razorgores Fireball Volley becomes empowered while being mind controlled. Fireball Volley will now deal 300% increased damage but will have a 45 second cooldown while mind controlled.
The amount of creatures spawned during Razorgores Phase 1 is now equal on all difficulties.
Blackwing Warlords during Razorgores Phase 1 will no longer gain increased health for other nearby creatures.
Fixed a bug where it was possible to kill Razorgore without doing his event.
One of the Death Talon Wyrmguards infront of Chrommagus room will now patrol the laboratory.
Death Talon Wyrmguards can now detect invisibility.
Fixed a bug where Blackwing Warlock and Blackwing Spellbinder would not use their spells.
Blue Dragon Whelps inside the Supression Room area are now immune to frost damage (was fire).
Removed 4 trash mobs after Vaelastrasz before the Supression Room.
Updated various immune masks on of creatures inside BWL to be more fitting with their models.
The difficulty of Flexmode has been increased in comparission to the previous raids. This change only applies to Blackwing Lair.
Encantamentos Místicos
Double the Pain Mystic Enchant now properly works with Perilous Pain.
Camouflage Mystic Enchant now properly increases movement speed.
Blademaster grants the proper % armor per parry.
Twin Disciplines RE now properly grants 2% to DoT effects and increases the healing of Circle of Healing.
Repartee now correctly grants Riposte with 100% crit.
Fixed tooltip on Arrows of Fire to clarify it only works on critical fire attacks.
Overheat should now break Blind and Gouge properly.
Talentos e Habilidades
Disabled companion pets that shook the ground or had obnoxious spell effects and will no longer drop at this time.
Whirlind and Bladestorm now have a pvp mod of .8 from .9.
Titan's Grip now reduces Bladestorm damage by 10% from 5%.
Fixed another bug with Frostbrand Scaling where it was too low. It should now work as intended.

Fixed a bug where Combustion gave significant critical strike chance to all Fire spells. It now only works with Fire Mage spells as intended.
Fixed a bug where Blind still counted as a physical spell.
Ice Barrier base shield amount has been reduced by 10%.
Power Word: Shield base shield amount has been reduced by 10%.
Fixed a bug where the Frostbrand Weapon spell damage scaling was too high.
The health of Water Elemental, Spirit Wolves, Treants and Fungarians have been reduced.
Fixed a bug where the debuff from Life Tap was removed by immunities. (Change active on next server restart.)

Lengthy Cheap Shot now increases the duration of Cheap Shot by 0.2 sec, down from 0.33 sec.
Eternal Water now increases Water Elemental duration by 30 sec, down from 60.
Temporarily disabled Guardians of the Grove from casting Regrowth in arenas or battlegrounds.
Fixed an issue where Molten Earth would stack unintendedly.
Fixed an issue where the Perilous Pain and Scorched Earth spells had too high spell power scaling compared to the base spells.
