Reworked the set bonuses of the Tier 3 raid armor sets.

Reworked the stats on the Earthshatterer Tier 3 raid armor set, as well as made some minor tweaks to the Dreamwalker, Dreadnaught, Redemption and Faith Tier 3 sets.

Necro -Knight Garb now grants 35% less armor.

The Fire Strike effect granted by Blazefury Medallion and Fiery Retributor will no longer proc effects intended to trigger from spells.

Fixed an issue with the AQ40 Enigma 5 set Arcane Power bonus granting many more additional missiles than intended.

Idol of Longevity - No longer refunds 25 mana on casting Healing Touch, now grants 12 spell power for 15 sec after casting Healing Touch, stacking up to 3 times.

Digested Hand of Power - Now grants 20 haste rating in addition to its current stats.

Misplaced Servo Arm - Lowered the PPM and scaling on the Chance On Hit effect, and the effect may now trigger from all melee attacks and abilities rather than only auto -attacks.

Ring of Spiritual Fervor - Now grants 14 spirit, 24 spell power and 10 haste rating in place of 11 stamina and 13 mana per 5.

Pendant of Forgotten Names - Now grants 20 spell power and 10 haste rating in place of 9 mana per 5.

Eye of Diminution - Name changed to Eye of the Scourge and replaced the threat reduction effect. New effect - Your ranged and melee attacks grant you 5 ranged and melee attack power for 10 sec, stacking up to 10 times.

Warmth of Forgiveness - Reworked. Now grants 35 intellect and reduces the base mana cost of your spells by 12, replacing 13 mana per 5 and the 500 mana restore on -use effect.

Totem of Flowing Water - Reworked. Now grants 8 crit rating for 15 sec stacking up to 5 times when you cast Lesser Healing Wave, replacing the 10 mana restore.

Glyph of Deflection - On use effect changed to 135 block value for 20 sec, from 235 block value for 40 sec.

Fixed an issue with the AQ40 Conqueror 3 set bonus that allowed players to retain the critical strike chance granted by Battle Shout after unequipping the set bonus.

Fixed an issue where the AQ40 Oracle 3 set bonus would not trigger from certain direct healing spells. Also clarified the tooltip to reflect that it only triggers from direct healing spells.

The AQ40 Oracle 5 set bonus Power Word - Shield component now absorbs 50% of its previous value.

The AQ40 Genesis 5 set bonus Bloom base heal has been reduced by 50% and scaling by 20% of the previous values. Now also has a target limit of 5.

Reduced the damage of the AQ40 Striker 5 set bonus direct damage component by 25%.

Improved Fire Nova - Now reduces the cooldown of your Fire Nova by 0.33 sec, from 0.2 sec.

Poleaxe Specialization - Reduced the critical strike damage bonus from 2% to 1% and removed it from the Common rank of the random enchant.

Mace Specialization (Rogue) - Both ranks now grant 2% melee attack speed in addition to their current effects.

Vitality - Now grants 8/9/10% energy regeneration, from 4/5/6%.

Focused Fire - Now grants 11/12/13/14/15% bonus damage on your Flametongue Weapon, from 16/17/18/19/20%.

Searing Light - No longer affects Holy Nova.

Savage Defense - Now increases the amount absorbed by your Savage Defense by 3/4%, from 5/6%.

Fierce Mind - Now grants 3/4/5% of your spirit as healing power, from 4/5/6%.

Reaching Recovery - Reworked. Now reduces the amount healed on the primary target of your Chain Heal by 9/8/7/6/5%, but reduces the healing lost on subsequent bounces by 10%.

Critical Block - Now grants 8/9/10% increased chance to critically block, from 6/7/8% and 2/3/4% increased chance to critically strike with Shield Slam, from 3/4/5%.

Improved Tracking now properly indicates that the Random Enchant does not stack.

Storm, Earth and Fire - Now reduces the cooldown of your Chain Lightning by 0.5 sec, from 0.25 sec.

Pristine Pouch is now Bind on Equip (from Bind on Pickup)

The First-Class Experimental Teleporter cooldown has been reduced to 10 minutes, from 20. (Change active on next server restart).

Magic Rooster Egg is now Bind on Equip (from Bind on Pickup)

Swift Zhevra is now Bind on Equip (from Bind on Pickup)

Reset all flight nodes from players with Feather of Ascension. Please reuse your Feather of Ascension!

Fixed a case where Scroll of Friendship would disappear without being activated.

Feather of Ascension now only learns your factions flight nodes. This fixes a bug where Outlaws could use crossfaction flight paths.

Sergent Bly and his associates are now responsive in Zul'Farrak after the pyramid event on Laughing Skull.

The following world bosses are no longer immune to attack speed slows: Lethon, Azuregos, Taerar, Emeriss and Ysondre.

Gnomish Net-o-Matic Projector now has a level 40 requirement. (Which means Mystic Enchantments on it will be active on a level 60 character. Change active on next server restart).
