Improved Charge now also reduces the cooldown of Charge by 2.5/5 sec.
Charge cooldown increased to 20 sec from 15 sec.
Warbringer now allows Charge to be used while in combat and removes the stance requirement, but the cooldown on Charge is increased by 5 sec.
Improved Shadowform now reduces damage taken while in Shadowform by 5/10%.
Shadowform no longer reduces damage taken by 10%
