Fixed a bug where Fel-Infused weapons was multi-proccing. Fel Infused Weapon now cost 6% mana to apply, buffed from 24%. The apply spell now has 1 sec global cooldown, buffed from 1.5 sec.

To stop exploity tactics in Adventure mode: Delivery Quests, Quests without Objectives, Dailies, and Repeatable quests will no longer give Experience in Adventure mode.

Fixed a BUG where simply having javelin as a spell reduced all of your damage in pvp by 50%.
