[Pending Restart] Blinding Light cooldown is increased to 50 seconds(up from 35).
[Pending Restart] Searing Totem now has a 20 second cooldown, but now lasts for 45 seconds (up from 30). This change aims to shift some of the value provided by searing totemin both PvP and PvE. In PvE this should increase its single target potency by increasing the uptime of the totem (increasing the global output). In PvP this adds strategic placement requirement for your totem. If your totem is killed in PvP, you can just replace it with no downside.

[Pending Restart] - Veil of Shadows has had its healing reduction separated in to an additional debuff called Corrupting Shadows that is applied when Veil of Shadows is cast. Corrupting Shadows reduces healing received by 40% for 8 seconds down from 20 seconds. Both effects will be dispelled at the same time upon dispelling the curse. The reduced resistance and increased magic damage taken remain unchanged.

[Pending Restart] Updated the Warmth of Forgiveness trinket from all difficulties. It now reduces the costs of spells and abilities by 2% on flex up to 5% on Ascended. This was changed to make it a better option for more builds.
[Pending Restart] - Dragonkin's, Elementals, Tamed Demons and Undeads Intellect will now scale from the owner's highest stat of Agility, Strength, or Intellect. This means if your pet uses mana your pet will no longer run out of mana very quickly regardless of your stat.

[Pending Restart] - [Systemic] - [Flex Scaling] - Reduced the amount of health that the boss gains from bringing additional members by an approximate 7%. This means if a player added 1,000,000 HP, bringing that player will now only add 930,000 HP. This HP reduction in flex scaling is to allow for more flexibility in the raid composition and not increasing the amount of DPS required per player in "standard" raid compositions. Bringing an extra tank or healer will be less punishing towards your DPS check.
[Pending Restart] - [Requires Launcher Update] - Fixed an issue where Kel'Thuzad's Freezing Fog was not visual.
