The Battle Quartermasters in the Stormwind and Orgrimmar PvP Halls have new wares.
Honorable kills should now correctly be awarded.
Black war PVP mounts can now be purchased.
The Food and Drink vendors in the Stormwind and Orgrimmar PvP Halls now sell the Battleground-only food that normally requires a trip to a Battleground entrance, additionally they now sell water that can only be used in Arenas.
PvP Healing and Mana potions have had their effects increased to match the regular alchemy potions of their same tier.
Added a spectator-oriented Tournament Arena that players can use for community PVP competitions, as a dueling hub or one day even for server-held tournaments. The entrance to it will be added at a later date.
Ranked arenas should now be enabled. Note that currently there is only Ruins of Lordaeron available. AQ-themed Circle of Blood coming soon, when Silithus zone progression begins.
World Bosses and Faction Leaders now grant Conquest Points.
Eastern Plaguelands towers now also provide a mount speed increase to the faction that controls them, the Hillsbrad world event will be enabled in the future.
With the new season, there are 400+ new items, as well as new profession crafts for gear progression. Note that Conquest weapons won't be available for the first 3 weeks of the season.
Season 1 has been enabled. Honor points and Conquest points can now be acquired.
NPCs related to Gillijim's Isle can be found at the Stormwind Harbor and Orgrimmar's Valley of Winds.
A new reputation has been added for each faction in Gillijim's Isle, Yeyewata'thraze for Horde and Grumbscrew's Crew for Alliance, with new rewards to obtain from each.
A new battleground, Gillijim's Isle has been added. Remember to handle explosives responsibly and beware of sharks!

[Pending Restart] [Priest] [Epic: Centered] This enchant has been reworked. It now reads: Holy Word: Chastise deals Holy damage to monsters, chaining to up to 4 nearby enemies, and grants you Centered. Centered: Your Holy Fire and Smite casts are 15% faster and reduce the cooldown of Holy Word: Chastise by 2 seconds. This effect has five charges plus an additional charge for each chain target.
[Pending Restart] [Priest] [Legendary: Twilight Paragon] Twilight Torment will now deal damage to all targets hit by Mind Sear, instead of only hitting one. The extra damage is slightly reduced beyond 3 targets.
[Pending Restart] [Priest] [Legendary: Holy Ascension] The holy explosion triggered by Smite while Guardian Spirit is active is now also triggers from Holy Fire and is guaranteed to critically strike. The Holy Ascension effect no longer reduces threat but now triggers from casting Guardian Spirit on any target (not just yourself).
[Pending Restart] [Priest] [Holy: Surge of Light] In addition to being instant cast and costing no mana, spells cast with Surge of Light do not generate any threat.

[Pending Restart] [Paladin] [Epic: Armor of Wrath] This reduces the cooldown of Holy Wrath by 10 seconds, up from 5.
[Pending Restart] [Paladin] [Epic: Righteous Light] This now increases the damage and threat of Shield of Righteousness by 15%, changed from previously only increasing damage by 10%.
[Pending Restart] [Paladin] [Legendary: Crimson Defense] The buff granting 15% block value and threat after casting Avenger's Shield now lasts for 20 seconds, up from 15.
[Pending Restart] [Paladin] [Righteous Fury] The threat increase of this effect has been increased from 60/120% (non-holy and holy respectively) up to 75/150%.

[Pending Restart] [Shaman] [Epic: Cloudburst Totem] The healing triggered by this is no longer fully split between targets. This means that healing more targets will increase the healing done.
[Pending Restart] [Shaman] [Epic: Tides of Restoration] The buff granted by this is now granted per target hit of your Chain Heal, instead of being capped to one stack per cast. This means a Chain Heal healing three allies now will grant three stacks.
[Pending Restart] [Shaman] [Epic: Frugal Disposition] This now also works with Healing Wave in addition to Lesser Healing Wave.
[Pending Restart] [Shaman] [Legendary: Healing Rain] Healing Rain now has 12 second duration, up from 8. It now has a new mechanic: Casting Riptide on a target in your Healing Rain unleashes a torrent of healing waters, healing all allies standing in your Healing Rain.
[Pending Restart] [Shaman] [Restoration: Improved Water Shield] This now has a 60% chance to trigger from Chain Heal, up from 40%.

[Pending restart] [Mage] [Legendary: Icicles] Icicle hits also increase the damage the target takes from your Deep Freeze by 1%. This stacks up to 100 times and last for 30 seconds. Also adjusted the spell highlighting of Ice Lance to be more intuitive.
[Pending restart] [Mage] [Legendary: Frost Bomb] The damage of the pulsing effect has been reduced by 10%. The damage of the final explosion is unchanged.

[Pending Restart] Fixed a bug with Vigilant Vanguard where it would be put on cooldown and not do anything if target was not in line of sight. It now also works with the Safeguard and Warbringer talents.
Mind Vision will no longer be castable while in High Risk or when affected by the Crow's Rage debuff.

[Pending restart] [Warrior] [Bladestorm] Bladestorm now deals 30% increased damage when only hitting one target. This change is intended to make Bladestorm a little more versatile. It will still be significantly better when hitting many targets, but with this change it will should be worth using even when hitting only one enemy.

[Pending Restart] - Shard of the Scale cooldown has been adjusted. On Normal, Heroic, Mythic and Ascended the cooldown is respectively: 3 minutes, 2 minute 40 seconds, 2 minute 20 seconds, 2 minutes. Since this item has a ramp time to its maximum effectiveness it's cooldown was reduced for it to line up with cooldown / long duration abilities better.

[Pending Restart] [The Black Morass] [General]: The melee damage and health of Time Keepers have been greatly reduced on all difficulties to better align with the stats of enemy creatures.
[Pending Restart] [The Black Morass] [General]: Time Keepers summoned to assist the player by Chrono-beacon now have a maximum lifetime of 1 minute and will follow the summoning player instead of walking in a random radius around their summon position. Time Keepers will now actively try to assist the summoning player, prioritizing the player’s attack target over other enemies.
[Pending Restart] [The Black Morass] [General]: If all points on Medivh’s shield are lost, or all players are dead during an active boss encounter, the instance will now wipe the event, resulting in the death of all still living players. The event can be restarted from the last saved portal afterward.
[Pending Restart] [The Black Morass] [General]: All attacking infinite dragonkin will now directly attack Medivh and will no longer become stuck if moved too far from Medivh’s position.
[Pending Restart] [The Black Morass] [General]: Rift Keepers and Rift Lords will now move on their own to assault Medivh if not defeated within 3 minutes of spawning.
[Pending Restart] [The Black Morass] [General]: There will now be a 15-second recovery time between rifts after closing them.

Fixed an issue where Hand of Justice could proc from Seal of Penitence and Judgement of Penitence, causing you to PvP attack yourself, HoJ could also proc from some other unintended abilities. We believe this fixes the PvP flagging in Onyxia's Lair issue. Side effect of this fix is that Hand of Justice can now only proc from Physical damage.
*Developer's note: The goal with these adjustments is to reduce the initial burst damage especially in PvP combat without affecting their overall damage too greatly. The reason for why Vengeance was previously changed to only Holy damage is due to the way it interacts with Crusader Strike and then now Verdict, which is that the ability scales off of your Weapon Damage, which is increased by Vengeance, and then the ability itself is increased by Vengeance, essentially double dipping. With Verdict moved to Physical it opens up Vengeance returning to affecting both damage types, and so Crusader Strike has seen a small adjustment as it will now double dip here again.*
Crusader Strike's weapon damage percentage has been reduced by 5%.
Verdict's mana cost has been reduced by 20%.
Verdict now deals Physical damage instead of Holy.
Vengeance now once again provides Physical damage in addition to Holy.
Fixed an issue where Sunder Armor could only stack twice, the unruly Sunder and Expose Armor have been sent to behavioral therapy and should now behave with each other. Due to the way this was fixed Sunder Armor's application on enemies has a new spell ID, this may affect some addons that track these.

[Pending Restart] - Crow's Cache loot has been updated, in addition to the crafting materials, it can now drop items like Scroll of (Insert Stat), Mana / Health potion consumables and High-Risk materials.
Fixed a bug where Crow's Cache Holder when killed would sometimes not drop the Cache.
