[Pending Restart] [Area-52] [One With the Light] - Divine Storm (One With The Light) now correctly scales down to level 15. It was previously casting the max level version. The damage at max level is unchanged.

[Pending Restart] [Area-52] [Son of Gruul] Ground Slam now properly starts scaling its damage from level 34, instead of level 1. This caused unintended high performance in low level battlegrounds and PvE. The damage at max level is unchanged.
[Pending Restart] [Area-52] [Son of Gruul] - Upheaval now starts at 100% weapon damage. From level 20, it increases by 5% weapon damage per level. This reaches its maximum potential at 60 at 300% weapon damage.
