Various changes have been made to the mechanics and items within Felstone Fortress to prevent server crashes and improve some aspects of it.

Fixed an issue with a boss in Glittermurk Mines, yes I could be more vague.

Fixed an issue where Murder Toxicant's duration was flipped, making it last longer at higher levels rather than shorter.

The respawn time of Colonel Kurzen has been reduced to a reasonable time, and he is now affected by dynamic spawns.

The Ring of Strength bosses can no longer be taunted, and your party will now automatically receive the tag credit when the boss appears or becomes attackable.

*Developer's note: The items from this questline are incredibly good, and the fights are difficult, however due to the number of players participating the bosses are dying very quickly with most of the difficulty completely negated. This has led to most items in this level range becoming completely useless, including iconic items such as Whirlwind Axe or Ravager. So the level of this questline has been increased to retain the value of items in the 30s range.*

The minimum level for the Ring of Strength questline has been increased to 38 (was 30).

The Defias Traitor now respawns more quickly.

Adds a flag to the Profession Commission quest givers that will allow you to access their vendor inventories without completing the profession quest. This fix only works if the NPC has gossip so continue to report any instances of this so gossip can get added.
