Fixed the tooltip of several spells related to Wild Imps from Hand of Guldan and specifically stated which talent affects the Wild Imps, and how they affect the Wild Imps.

[Pending Restart] - Hand of Guldan now summons 4 Wild Imps baseline, but Decimation now increases the number of Wild Imps by 1/2, down from 2/4. With this, the average number of Wild Imps throughout the fight is slightly increased. This simply shifts some of the power from execute to being stronger baseline, while also increasing its overall performance.

[Pending Restart] - Demonic Tactics will now also increase the critical strike chance of your Wild Imps.

Mystic Enchants

[Pending Restart] - Demonic Persistence will now also add a 1 second duration increase to your Wild Imps from Hand of Guldan for each stack of Demonic Persistence on your Summoned Demon.
