Druid of Rot: Call Fungarians is now an epic Mystic Enchantment from Legendary. Their Cloud of Rot spell has level scaling and spell power scaling and is now classified as disease damage. This means Cloud of Rot's damage will be increased from the Harbinger of Pestilience Legendary Enchantment.
Spellstones damage increase to DoT effects now also affects Insect Swarm (Plague) and Wrath of the Plague.
Fixed an issue where Wrath of Plague had lower spell power scaling than intended.
Insect Swarm (Plague) can now critically hit as long as you have the Legendary Mystic Enchant. In addition, Harbinger of Pestilence now lasts for 8 seconds, up from 5 seconds.
Frostbrand Weapons Debuff is now stackable from different casters. The movement speed decrease will not change while being affected by multiple Frostbrand Weapon Debuffs. This allows for Frozen Power to be used by more than one person at a time.

[Pending restart] Fixed a bug where all the Temporal Haste would get consumed at the same time by some spells.
Corrupted Paw now also triggers from Bear abilities, including Swipe, in order to make AoE threat generation better. To prevent from being a massive damage buff, the damage of Corrupted Paw has been reduced by approximately 25% but its threat increased by 40%. The leech and threat of Corrupted Hunger has also been increased by approximately 25%.

[New Legendary Enchant] Forbidden Technique - Replaces your Shadow Dance with Forbidden Technique, firing a projectile dealing 130% Ranged Weapon damage as Shadow, teleporting you to the target and activating Shadow Dance. Your Shadow remains behind. While Shadow Dance is active, your Ambush costs 30 less energy and causes your Shadow to throw a Shadow Dagger at your target. When Shadow Dance ends you teleport back to your Shadow, absorbing some of its power. This gives you a chance to follow up your Ranged weapon attacks by throwing a Shadow Dagger at the target, dealing bonus damage and reducing the cooldown of your Forbidden Technique by 2 seconds.
[New Legendary Enchant] Corrupted Bear Form - Corrupts your Bear Form, reducing your Physical damage by 30% but making your melee attacks deal additional high-threat Shadow damage. While in Corrupted Bear Form, your Maul and Mangle (Bear) have a chance to apply Corruption and your Swipe (Bear) drains life from targets afflicted by your Corruption. In addition, Shadow Bolts made instant by Nightfall or Backlash can be cast without leaving Corrupted Bear Form and will hit up to two additional targets, dealing reduced damage.
[New Legendary Enchant] Harbinger of Pestilence - Your Insect Swarm is transformed into Insect Swarm (Plague), a disease spell dealing Plague damage, and benefiting from the damage increase from Haunt. Your Wrath now grants you a stack of Plaguebringer which increases the damage of your diseases by 20% while active for 5 seconds, stacking 3 times. In addition, casting Haunt while you have Plaguebringer stacks causes an explosion around the target, shooting bile on nearby enemies dealing Plague damage to up to 5 targets based on the number of stacks you have. Plague damage is a combination of the Shadow and Nature schools and will benefit from the highest modifiers to either school.
[New Epic Enchant] Emanating Light - Your Consecration is transformed into Consecration (Emanate), following you as you move. Dealing damage with this spell increases your Holy damage done and reduces your Physical damage taken by 1% for 3 seconds, stacking up to 3 times. This effect cannot trigger more than once per second.
[New Epic Enchant] Wrath of the Plague - Your Wrath now leaves a Shadow damage over time effect on targets affected by Haunt, and also increases the damage of your Insect Swarm by 10%. This damage over time effect scales with the damage increase from Haunt. In addition, Improved Insect Swarm now also grants increased Shadow damage done to targets affected by Insect Swarm. This effect requires the final rank of Improved Insect Swarm.
[New Epic Enchant] Methodical Approach - Your Ambush now ignores up to 30% of the targets armor (reduced against players), but its critical strike chance is reduced by 10%.
[New Rare Enchant] Nature's Synthesis - Increases the healing done by your Lesser Healing wave by 2% for each of your Nature heal over time effect active on the target.
[New Rare Enchant] Dragon's Rage - Your Dragon's Breath engulfs the targets in flames, increasing the damage they take from your Fire spells by 6% for 2.5 seconds. This effect's length is increased by Firestarter.
[New Rare Enchant] Frozen Power - Increases your Frost, Fire and Nature damage dealt to targets affected by your Frostbrand Weapon by 2%.
Pack Alpha now grants 20% haste, instead of 20% melee attack speed. This buff no longer stacks with other similar effects.
Guerilla Tactics now also increases the damage of Wing Clip by 15%.
Ferocity now also gives +1/2/3/4/5% to all attributes.
Dragon Roar now has a max target cap of 10, to be consistent with other area-of-effect attacks. It's damage now scales with level, preventing it from doing too high damage for low level players.
Master of Arms now grants 5% of your Strength as armor penetration rating for each stack of Strength of Arms consumed, for a maximum of 10%.
Hasty Overpower now reduces the cooldown of Overpower by 0.33 seconds, up from 0.25.
Hailstorm, Fire Storm and Rain of Arrows have had their damage spread adjusted, and will now tick half as often but for twice the damage. This does not reduce their damage, but limits niche uses where the nature of these spells could be exploited to leverage powerful proc interactions for a large number of builds.
Hailstorm, Fire Storm and Rain of Arrows now all have a 6 second cooldown, preventing them from dealing damage to huge areas by being cast in multiple locations simultaneously.
Hailstorm, Fire Storm and Rain of Arrows now all have a radius of 5 yards (down from 8 yards). This change is to address a bug that allows these spells to circumvent line of sight, which was used to make these spells go through pillars and walls.
Fixed an issue where the Blade Vortex Blade Flurry cooldown reduction would not work in Feral forms.
The Missile Barrage Random Enchantment will now also affect Druid spells.
Fixed the tooltip of Blade Vortex to no longer have the wrong weapons as a requirement.

Reworked and fixed spell trigger issues of the Total Eclipse Legendary Enchant, it now reads: Gaining Eclipse triggers your Owlkin Frenzy rank 3 talent and makes your next Wrath or Starfire apply an additional effect: After gaining Solar Eclipse, Wrath will apply Entangling Roots for 6 sec to players or Insect Swarm to monsters. This Entangling Roots effect does not trigger any additional effects. After gaining Lunar Eclipse, Starfire will apply a 2 second stun to players or Moonfire to monsters. You must know these spells in order to trigger them.
Judge, Jury, Executioner now also makes your next Execute ignore 30% of the target's armor.
Compound Shot now deals slightly lower base damage at low levels.
The cast time reduction granted after casting Temporal Blast can now be stored up to 3 times.
Arcane Synergy has been updated. The new tooltip reads: Your Arcane Missiles reduce the cast time and increase the critical strike damage bonus of your next Starfire by 4%. This effect stacks up to 5 times. In addition, dealing damage with Arcane Missiles also extends the duration of your Lunar Eclipse by 0.2 seconds.
Frugal Disposition now has an additional mechanic - When your Lesser Healing Wave does not overheal, your next Lesser Healing Wave is guaranteed to critically hit.
Flamekeeper now also adds attack power scaling to the damage over time effects of Fireball and Pyroblast. In addition, it now allows Fireball and Pyroblast to stack 3 times, up from 2.
