Talents & Abilities
Fixed an issue where the Burning Determination capstone wasn't being consumed properly.
Fixed an issue when picking Divine Storm causing players to have 1 extra AE at level 60.
System Changes
Normalized Hit Chance, Crit Chance, Parry Chance, Block Chance, and Resistences in PvP. This means there will no longer be a massive power gap between slightly different level players.
Dungeons & Raids
During the Jin'do the Hexer encounter, player getting teleported into The Blood Pit will no longer gain Delusions of Jin'do. Delusions of Jin'do is now exclusively used by Jin'do himself.
Player can now see Shade's of Jin'do at all time but are only able to deal damage to them while under the effect of Delusion's of Jin'do.
Jin'do's Delusion of Jin'do is no longer a curse and can no longer be dispelled.
Quests
[Pending Restart] Added a new chain of quests to the Legions Lexicon for Felforged starting with Fight for Power (PvP).
General
Book of Artisan in Demon's Tears is now properly training all professions at once, instead of locking to one at a time.
Made the Alliance Insignia Unique Equip to match the Horde Insignia.
Added missing 6 PvP Power to Horde Insignia.
[Pending Restart] Felforged Pets will auto summon when landing from a Meteor.
Item Changes
Scroll of Summoning: Eredar Servant. Added a mana cost and cooldown to Eradar Shadowbolt. Lowered damage.

Fixed an issue where Wrath could be castable without leaving Cat Form.
Quests
Fixed an issue that prevent Felforged from earning leveling SoF on Spec 8. (Pending Restart)
Increased Marks of Ascension to 3x for some Callboard quests that were missed.
General
Lowered the cost of Twisted Fate consumable for Felforged to 1 gold.
Central Ashenvale is now available at level 20.
Scrolls of Fortune will now be properly given on Felforged Death at 20.
Implement 3x Marks of Ascension on Callboard Quests
Felforged will now receive Scrolls of Fortune upon death. 1 at level 20 and an additional 1 every 5 levels.
Fixed an issue where Proving Ground 1v1 was not able to be turned in to certain callboards.
Lowered the Mark of Ascension cost of 20 Scroll of Fortunes for Felforged to 250 from 1000.
Increased PvP Kill Exp by by 3x for Felforged.
Corrected an issue where some players couldn't see the scroll of fortune quest chains once hitting level 60.
Implemented title rewards that were in previous seasons for realm firsts for the level & profession races to max for classic.

Felforged now has more lenient restrictions on activating the mode and will tell you why you don't qualify for activation

Fixed players not receiving proper Dungeon Completion EXP
Reduced the effect of all heals and absorbs in Battlegrounds and Arenas by 5%.
Increased baseline resilience by a bit over 10%.
Talents & Abilities
[New Capstone]: Taste for Blood - Capstone Bonus: With the final rank of this talent, your Rend ability deals 75% weapon damage to the target.
Spirit Bond has been changed to restore 2/4% Base Health instead of 1/2% Maximum Health. This results in increased health gained for characters below 13866 HP, and reduced overall health gained for characters above.
Fel Armor has been changed to restore 4% Base Health instead of 2% Maximum Health. This results in increased health gained for characters below 13866 HP, and reduced overall health gained for characters above.
Second Wind has been changed to restore 8/16% Base Health instead of 4/8% Maximum Health. This results in increased health gained for characters below 13866 HP, and reduced overall health gained for characters above.
Blood Craze has been changed to restore 4/8/12% Base Health instead of 2/4/6% Maximum Health. This results in increased health gained for characters below 13866 HP, and reduced overall health gained for characters above.
Expose Weakness now has a 100% chance to trigger, but the ranged attack power from Agility has been reduced to 10/20/30%, down from 30/30/30%.
Pyroblast now has its damage reduced by 5% specifically in Battlegrounds.
Smite now has its damage reduced by 5% specifically in Battlegrounds.
Multi-Shot (Focused Burst) now has its damage reduced by 5% specifically in Battlegrounds.
Wrath now has its damage reduced by 5% specifically in Battlegrounds.
Frostbolt now has its damage reduced by 5% specifically in Battlegrounds.
Chain Lightning now has its damage reduced by 5% specifically in Battlegrounds.
Starfire now has its damage reduced by 10% specifically in Battlegrounds.
Fireball now has its damage reduced by 10% specifically in Battlegrounds.
Arcane Blast now has its damage reduced by 10% specifically in Battlegrounds.
Arcane Missiles now has its damage reduced by 10% specifically in Battlegrounds.
Multi-Shot now deals 30% reduced damage against players, from 25%.
Chaos Bolt now deals 15% reduced damage against players, from 5%.
Dominant Strike and Southpaw Strike now deal 60% reduced damage against players, from 50%.
Fan of Knives (RE) now deals 20% reduced damage against players. It previously did not have a PvP modifier.
Romulo's Poison Vial now deals 20% reduced damage against players. It previously did not have a PvP modifier.
Hack and Slash now deals 60% reduced damage against players, from 40%.
Increased the damage gained from Sniper Training to 4/8/12%, up from 3/6/9%. Increased the duration required to proc Sniper Training to 10 seconds, up from 6 seconds.
Unrelenting Assault has been reduced to 20/40%, down from 25/50%. In addition, the duration has been reduced to 4 seconds, down from 6 seconds.
Fixed an issue where the crit chance for Sunder Soul and Hot Hands would show up in the character panel.
Increased the spell haste gained from Spell Mastery on Staffs to 10%, up from 8%.
Corrected the duration of rank 1, 2, 3 of Hammer of Justice.
Reduced the energy cost of Slaughter from the Shadows to 4/7/10 energy, down from 7/14/20 energy.
Reduced the cost of Backstab and Ambush to 50 energy, down from 60 energy.
Improved Steady Shot now also increases the damage and reduces the mana cost of Chimera Shot.
Intimidation now shares Diminishing Returns with controlled stuns such as Hammer of Justice.
Fixed an issue with Avatar of Lightning causing it to sometime show as green lightning instead of intended blue.
Increased the mana gained from Twisted Faith to 2/4/6% base mana, up from 1/2/3% base mana. In addition, the damage increase from Twisted Faith to Mind Blast and Mind Flay has been increased to 3/6/9 %, up from 2/4/6%.
The range increase to Fire Mage spells from Flame Throwing has been reduced to 2/4 yards, down from 3/6.
Fixed an issue where Deep Wounds would not trigger properly from Thunder Clap.
Fixed an error in the tooltip of Magtheridon's Fel Explosion.
Fixed an issue where Feed Pet would sometimes put you in combat.
Netherwind Presence can now be triggered by Arcane Blast.
Tree of Life now requires your Primary Stat to be Spirit for the movement impairing clear to work.
Moonkin Form now requires your Primary Stat to be Intellect for the movement impairing clear to work. It also no longer makes the player immune to Polymorph.
Increased the baseline range of Fear and Cyclone to 25 yards, up from 20.
Fixed an issue where Intensity would not show up in combatlog.
Fixed an issue where multiple players could not use Envenom on the same target.
The Burning Determination Capstone buff can now be dispelled.
Immolation Aura will now temporarily suppress the effect while under any effect which causes you to lose control of your character.
Fixed a spelling mistake in the tooltip of Sleight of Hand talent.
Clarified the tooltip of Heart of the Crusader debuff to be similar to Master Poisoner and Totem of Wrath.
Shoot and Throw can no longer trigger procs.
Fixed a bug with Arcane Missile causing the base damage to be higher than intended on rank 1, 2, and 3.
Burnout no longer has a mana cost increase for mage spells.
Item Changes
