Mystic Enchants
Guardians of the Grove has undergone an extensive rework pending next restart. Treants will now cast HoTs on a target even if they already have that HoT allowing up to 3 applications of Rejuvenation as an example. Treants will now prefer HoTs over hard-casted druid healing spells. Treants will now actually cast Swiftmend, they weren't before, and will do so when their randomly selected target is in mortal danger (less than 40%). Treants will spend significantly less time standing around wasting their global cooldowns on no actions. Treants will now apply stacks of lifebloom to targets if they don't have one but due to the potency of lifebloom they won’t stack lifeblooms together on one target. Treants will now cast Healing Touch (in PvE only just like Regrowth). Treants will now cast Regrowth on targets even if they already have the Regrowth HoT.
[SEASONAL]: Copious Power Random Enchant no longer affects absorbs.

[Timewalking]: Timewalking quests will now give 10 Badges of Justice each.

[Seasonal]: Explosive Shot now deals 45% reduced damage to players from 40%.
[Seasonal]: Living Bomb Explosion now deals 30% reduced damage to players from 20% reduced damage.

Mystic Enchants
Fixed an issue where Nimble Mind, Molten Mind and Twisted Mind incorrectly were useable with Tree of Life.
Muntions will now correctly increase the damage dealt of Hunter Shots instead of mage spells when wearing a gun.
Munitions Expert will now correctly reduce the damage dealt of Hunter Shots instead of mage spells when wearing a bow.
Covering Crown will always apply to the target instead of the caster.
Fixed an issue where Powerful, Brutal, Critical, etc. would not work for spells that are taught by REs, such as Scorched Ground, Perilous Pain, Crusader Strike (One with the light) Divine Storm (One with the light) etc.
Zephyr no longer deals 20% reduced damage with a 2-hander. This is a bug-fix from adapting the windfury modifiers. It now deals 20% more damage with 1-handers.
Contagious no longer affects ALL dot effects.
Fixed an issue where Not on Holy Grounds damage increase was able to be snapshotted, increasing the damage without having your consecration on the target.
Fixed an issue where Corrupted Wounds damage increase was able to be snapshotted, increasing the damage without having your rupture on the target.

Dungeons & Raids
Fixed a crash related to Shade of Aran's Tirisfal Power mechanic.
The Shade of Aran can no longer use full-room Arcane Rifts on flex.

Flame Throwing's cast time reduction will now function in conjunction with Maelstrom Weapon.
Casting Frostbolt with 4 stacks of Maelstrom Weapon and atleast 1 stack of Improved Cone of Cold will now make your frostbolt instant cast.
Improved Cone of Cold's cast time reduction aura will no longer be consumed whenever you have 5 stacks of Maelstrom Weapon.
Fixed an issue where having Flame Throwing or Improved Cone of Cold or the Brain Freeze Proc that reduces cast time of certain spells would negate the cast time reduction granted from Maelstrom Weapon.
