Fixed the ability to sometimes drink a refreshing water while casting under certain circumstances. This banned and ancient Mana Gaining art was discovered by a Blood Elf in Halaa but will no longer be possible.
Talents & Abilities
Bladestorm now deals 35% reduced damage to players, from 30%.
Overpower now deals 20% reduced damage to players, from 15%.
Fixed a spelling mistake in Shadow weaving.
Fixed an issue where Deflection (Retribution talent) sometimes wasn't showing up in the combat log.
Fixed an issue where Veiled Shadows wasn't giving the correct cooldown reduction to Shadowfiend.
Fixed an issue where Premeditation wasn't useable during Shadow Dance.
Fixed an issue that caused Rapid Fire to be able to be used while shapeshifted.

Fixed an issue where Find Fish wasn't cancelled by other tracking abilities.
Fixed an issue were Clearcasting wasn't always being consumed by spells that benefited from its mana cost reduction.
Fixed an issue where Wild Quiver was not proccing from Steady Shot.
Fixed an issue where rank 3 and rank 4 of Chain Heal weren't healing for the correct amounts.
Corrected the tooltip of Improved Devotion Aura to reflect that it only works with Devotion Aura
Fixed typo in the tooltip of Improved Felhunter, and added missing tooltip of the cooldown reduction of Devour Magic.
Fixed the tooltip for Surge of Light to reflect that it also triggers from direct healing spells.
Fixed tooltip of Twin Disciplines for consistency.
Lock and Load now correctly triggers from Freezing Trap.
Blessed Resilience now gives 7/14/20% of your Spirit as resilience rating, from 0.5 * level.
Reduced the base absorb amount of Power Word: Shield rank 11 and rank 12 by 10%.
Fixed a bug where Slam didn't trigger spells correctly such as deep wounds, poisons, hack and slash, sword spec, etc.
Wolverine Bite now deals 50% reduced damage to players, from 40%.
Froststorm Breath now deals 50% reduced damage to players, from 30%.
All tamed beast family abilities now scales with the pets attack power.
Raid buff auras will no longer fall off without reapplying when you die or enter arena matches.
Added capstone to the Elemental Precision talent granting a 20% threat reduction that does not stack with similar capstone bonuses.
Added capstone to the Pyromaniac talent granting a 20% threat reduction that does not stack with similar capstone bonuses.
Added capstone to the Two-Handed Weapon Specialization (Warrior) talent granting a 20% threat reduction that does not stack with similar capstone bonuses.

Fanaticism now has a 7/14/20% threat reduction, down from 10/20/30%, while the increase to judgement critical strike chance has been increased to 6/12/18%, up from 4/8/12%.
Added capstone to the Soul Leech talent granting a buff when hit with a physical attack while casting any of the affected spells, guaranteeing a proc of Soul Leech and granting 30% increased crit chance on the casted spell.
Added capstone to the Healing Focus talent granting Stun duration reduction by 30% while casting any Shaman healing spell. This does not stack with other similar effects.
Last Stand now lasts 2 min, down from 3 min.
Mortal Strike now deals 5% reduced damage to players, from 10%.
Life Tap now grants 10% of maximum hp/mana (which ever is higher), down from 15%.
Improved Spirit Tap has been reworked. Now has a 100% chance with Shadow criticals and 50% chance on Mind Flay criticals to proc Spirit tap. In addition, grants 5/10% of your Spirit as spell haste rating.
Now grants 10/20/30% increased spirit and 25/50/75% mana regen continuing while casting, from 30/30/30% and 83/83/83%
Holy Concentration now has a duration of 12s, up from 8s.
Fixed Rapture to not always grant mana to the target, now instead gives all resources, but mana granted to the target has been reduced to 1% max mana, down from 2%. Now has an iCD of 6s, down from 12s.
Added capstone to the Test of Faith talent making you immune to Fear and Horror effects while casting Holy Priest healing spells.
Reduced the base mana cost of Wing Clip to 4%, down from 6% base mana.
Kill Command now has 4 stacks, up from 3, and each special pet ability reduces the damage by 10%, down from 20%.

Fixed an issue where the Mana-Etched Regalia 4-piece set bonus wasn't working correctly.

Justicar Battlegear (Retribution Paladin T4) 4set has been reworked. Now grants an additional stack to Vengeance.
Justicar Battlegear (Retribution Paladin T4) 2set has been changed to the old 4 set bonus. Now increases the damage done by your Judgments by 10%.
Cyclone Regalia (Restoration Shaman T4) 4set has been increased to 30 seconds cooldown reduction on Nature's Swiftness, up from 24 seconds.
Cyclone Regalia (Restoration Shaman T4) 2set now also grants a 30 second cooldown reduction to Mana Tide Totem.
Malorne Raiment (Restoration Druid T4) 4set has been increased to 30 seconds cooldown reduction on Natural Alacrity, up from 24 seconds.
Demon Stalker Armor (Hunter T4) 4set has been reworked. Now triggers your Rapid Killing talent when casting Tranquilizing Shot.
Demon Stalker Armor (Hunter T4) 2set has been reworked. Now increases the duration of Master Tactician by 4 seconds.
Warbringer Battlegear (Warrior Fury/Arms T4) 4set has been reworked. Now reduces the threat gained from Heroic Strike and Cleave abilities by 25%.
Warbringer Battlegear (Warrior Fury/Arms T4) 2set has been reworked. Now causes Shredding Blows to affect an additional swing.
Specified that the Tier 4 warrior Warbringer Plate and Warbringer Armor 4set only increases the Physical damage of your next ability, instead of implying all damage.
Fixed an issue that caused Tier 4 warrior Warbringer Plate set to have lower proc chance on its 2set bonus.
Mystic Enchants
Fixed an issue where Words of Healing wasn't applying its healing bonus correctly.
Hailstorm can now be cast instantly with Presence of Mind.
Fixed a bug where Unbounded Drain Life didn't get affected by increases to Drain Life.
Corrected the tooltip of Warcry to reflect it only gives you the buff.
Clarified the tooltip of Storm Caller and Overloaded to specify that it only triggers from direct Nature damage.
Fixed a bug where Lengthy Borrowed Time didn't work. Its duration has been changed to 0.5 seconds.
Fixed spelling mistakes in Icy Conjuror and Shadow Propellant.
Fixed an issue where Eldritch Knight sometimes didn't work while shapeshifted.
Fixed an issue where Arcane Synergy had a shorter duration than indicated by its tooltip.
Fixed Hasty Innervate.
Fixed an issue where Unbounded Mind Flay wasn't triggering procs correctly.
Shadow Strikes now correctly triggers from Stormstrike.
Clarified the tooltip of Lunar Spirits.
Righteous Flames stacks are no longer consumed by periodic damage.

Holy Radiance now heals targets affected by Renew for 30%, up from 20%, of the effective healing done by your healing abilities.
Shatter now has updated tooltip clarifying that the effect only works for spells cast before your Frostbolt hits the target.
Death or Glory no longer removes health after the effect finishes.
Fixed Rain of Fire (Fire Storm), Blizzard (Hailstorm), and Volley (Rain of Arrows) to no longer stop doing damage if you go out of line of sight of the target location.
[NEW EPIC ENCHANT]: Lurking Shadow. Increases your threat generated by Shadow damage by 25%.
[NEW EPIC ENCHANT]: Guerilla Tactics. Your Sniper Training is now supplemented with Guerilla Training, now also increasing the damage of your Mongoose Bite, Raptor Strike and Counterattack by 9%. Requires the final rank of Sniper Training.
[NEW EPIC ENCHANT]: Munitions Expert. Your guns now use armor-piercing rounds, dealing 15% more physical damage but increasing the time between shots by 20%. Your bows and crossbows now fire quick-draw arrows, firing 30% faster but dealing 10% less physical damage.
[NEW EPIC ENCHANT]: Sword and Thunder. Your Sword and Board talent now resets the cooldown and reduces the rage cost of Thunderclap instead of Shield Slam.
[NEW EPIC ENCHANT]: Zephyr. Dealing damage with Windfury inspires you with the Wrath of Al'Akir, increasing your attack speed 1%. This effect stacks up to 10 times and lasts for 10 seconds. When reaching 10 stacks, your next Windfury will consume the stacks and trigger two extra attacks.
[NEW LEGENDARY ENCHANT]: Undaunted. Casting Victory Rush while Stagger is active reduces the cooldown of your Last Stand by 30 seconds. Activating Last Stand removes Stagger, but its health bonus is reduced to 10% and duration reduced to 10 seconds.
[NEW EPIC ENCHANT]: Covering Crown. When cast in Tree Form, your Rejuvenation also reduces the targets damage taken from area of effect attacks by 30% for 3 seconds. This does not stack with other similar effects.
[NEW EPIC ENCHANT]: Bright Lights. Your Light's Grace talent now also triggers from Holy Fire and grants 3% spell haste while active.
[NEW EPIC ENCHANT]': Good Fortune. Consuming a fully-stacked Serendipity increases your Holy spell critical strike chance by 5% for 8 seconds.
Power Overwhelming has been moved to Epic, and now reduces the cooldown by 2s, down from 3s.
Unrelenting Wrath can now also proc on Hunter Melee ability critical strikes.
On the Hunt now increases damage done by your pet by 10%, up from 5%, Threat reduction to 30% up from 15%, and now reduces the mana cost of Mend Pet by 50%. Duration of On the Hunt has been increased to 4s, up from 3s per .

Bonus Zones now give 150% Bonus Experience.

Reduced the damage of Moroes Starving mechanic by 50%.
