Fixed a discrepancy in the tooltip of Rockbiter Weapon. It now correctly states the amount of attack power that it grants.
Starfire now deals 10% reduced damage to players.

Berserker Rage now has a 60 second cooldown, up from 50. It no longer has a global cooldown. If used without breaking a crowd control the cooldown is reduced by 30 sec.

Reworked Contagion: The final tick of your Corruption deals 30/60/90/120/150% increased damage.
Capstone Bonus: With the final rank of Contagion, your Corruption becomes contagious. If the final tick of Corruption occurs while you're draining the targets soul, the area becomes contaminated, spreading Corruption to all targets within 15 yards.
Thunder Clap now deals 40% increased damage when a Two-Handed weapon is equipped, from 25%.
The tooltip of Berserking has been updated.
Improved Slam is now a 3 point talent that reduces the cast time of Slam by 0.33/0.67/1 second and increases its damage by 5/10/15%.
Capstone: With the final rank of Improved Slam, your Slam is guaranteed to critically hit when used on an Incapacitated target.
Vigor now properly grants +20 energy also while in Cat Form.
Lock and Load now has a 10/20/30% chance to trigger from periodic effects, from 5/10/15%.
The tooltip of Metamorphosis has been updated.
Spiritual Focus now also gives 1/2/3% spell haste.
Firestarter now increases the duration of Dragon's Breath by 0.75/1.5 seconds, from 1/2.
The duration of Dragon's Breath has been reduced to 2.5 seconds, from 3.
Capstone: The final rank of Sharpened Claws makes your critical strikes while in Bear Form or Dire Bear Form increase the duration of your Barkskin by 1 second. This effect cannot occur more than once each second.

Retuned the 5-piece setbonus of Doomcaller's Garb (T2.5): It now deals 50% increased damage to players, from 100%.
Updated the 6-piece setbonus of Redemption Armor (T3): The Redemption Heal should no longer proc off triggered heals.
Retuned the 8-piece setbonus of Redemption Armor (T3): Increased the proc rate and scaling.
Updated the 8-piece setbonus of Dreadnaught Battlegear (T3): The Cheat Death effect now triggers a debuff to display the cooldown of the effect.
Retuned the 8-piece setbonus of Bonescythe Armor (T3): The Strikes of Opportunity now deal 25% damage, from 15%.
Reworked the 5-piece setbonus of Striker's Garb (T2.5): Your Arcane Shot and Explosive Shot abilities grant you 15 Ranged Attack Power for 10 seconds, stacking up to 10 times.
Reworked the 3-piece setbonus of Enigma Vestments (T2.5): Increases the critical strike chance of your Arcane, Fire and Frost spells by 3%.
Reworked the 5-piece setbonus of Enigma Vestments (T2.5): The Clearcasting effect from your Arcane Concentration now also reduces the cast time of your next spell by 15%.
Retuned the 5-piece setbonus of Conqueror's Battlegear (T2.5): It now deals slightly less damage than before.
Retuned the 3-piece setbonus of Deathdealer's Embrace (T2.5): It now gives your rogue finishing moves a chance to add two combo points, from five.
Reworked the 5-piece setbonus of Deathdealer's Embrace (T2.5): It now gives 2% melee haste per stack instead of 1% Rogue ability damage. The attack power bonus remains unchanged.
Fixed the tooltip for the Oracle (T2.5) 5-piece set bonus.
All PvP polearms should now have Agility rather than Strength.
Reworked the 3-piece setbonus of Avenger's Battlegear (T2.5): It now increases the critical strike chance of Crusader Strike, Divine Storm, Hammer of Wrath, Exorcism and Hammer of the Righteous by 5%.
Reworked the 5-piece setbonus of Genesis Raiment (T2.5): It now grants +25 to all attributes.
Reworked the 5-piece setbonus of Stormcaller's Garb (T2.5): It now imbues your spells with the power of the elements, giving successful casts a chance to grant you 5% Nature spell critical strike chance for 10 seconds.
Updated the tooltip of the Netherwind (T2) 8-piece set bonus.
Mystic Enchants
Molten Earth now triggers from all Lava Lash casts, instead of being limited to critical hits.
New Legendary RE - Seed of Life: Your periodic heals from Regrowth and Rejuvenation plant a Seed of Life in the target, healing them each second for 4 seconds and stacking up to 8 times. Upon reaching 8 stacks the seed blooms and heals the target and up to 5 nearby allies.
New Legendary RE - Expunge: Your Chimera Shots have a 100% chance to leave a lingering poisons on the target dealing Nature damage every 3 seconds for 15 seconds and stacking up to 3 times. Upon reaching 3 stacks the poison is expunged from the target, dealing Nature damage (half to players) to the target and enemies within 10 yards.
New Legendary RE - Transcendental Embrace: Your bond with nature infuses you with power. Every 10 seconds your Chain Heal has its cast time reduced by 10% and reach increased to affect an extra target. This effect can be stored up to 3 times.
Wild Felfire now triggers the Rain of Fire on all Chaos Bolt casts, instead of being limited to critical hits.
The tooltip of Tidal Mastery has been updated.
Your Greater Heal, Flash Heal and Penance spells now also heal all targets affected by your Renew for 20% of the amount. Also reduces the mana cost of Renew by 20%.
Your Riptides create a healing effect at the feet of the target ally. All allies standing within will be healed each second for 6 seconds, and Chain Heals cast on these targets will be 15% more powerful.
Fixed the tooltip of Blaze Ward.
Fixed the tooltip of Blademaster.
Fixed a bug with Total Eclipse where your first Starfire sometimes wouldn't proc another spell.

Mystic Enchants
Total Eclipse Legendary RE rework. After you gain Eclipse your next Wrath or Starfire will apply an additional effect. Wrath will apply Entangling Roots unless the target is immune to immobilizing effects, then it will apply an Insect Swarm. Starfire will apply a 2 second stun unless the target is immune to stun effects, then it will apply a Moonfire.
System Changes
Apprentice Riding Tomes are now useable at level 1.
Apprentice Riding Training is now learnable at level 1.
All mounts that require level 20 to use now require level 1 and Apprentice Riding.
