Unrelenting Storm has been reworked. It now makes your Lightning Bolt casts trigger Unrelenting Storm, increasing your spell haste by 1/2/3% for 6 seconds, stacking up to 3 times.

Capstone: The final rank of Unrelenting Storm empowers your Chain Lightning while Unrelenting Storm is fully stacked. Chain Lightnings cast under this effect will unleash the storm, dealing 20% increased damage and causing the target to take 13% increased spell damage for 12 seconds. This does not stack with similar effects.

Capstone: The final rank of Sinister calling now makes your Hemorrhage apply an extra combo point when cast on a target that is bleeding.

Item Changes

Fixed an issue where a few PvP shields incorrectly didn't have the shield base effect that increases threat and reduces spell damage and healing. This change will be active after the next server restart.

Mystic Enchants

New Legendary RE - Paratrooper: Your Disengage now launches you higher into the air and activates a Combat Parachute until you land. While airborne, the high vantage point increases the critical strike chance of your Hunter shots by 25%. When the parachute is detached you gain 80% ranged attack speed for 4 seconds.

New Legendary RE - Eternal Water: Your Summon Water Elemental now lasts indefinitely, but your Water Elemental can no longer cast Freeze.

Quick Death now grants 4% haste per stack, from 5. It now lasts for 15 seconds, from 12.

Holy Radiance has been reworked. It now makes your Greater Heal also heal all friendly targets affected by your Renew for 15% of the amount.

[Zul'Gurub]: Gurubashi Headhunters' Whirling Trip spell will no longer cause a knockdown. Instead this ability has been replaced with a Mortal Strike attack that deals 185% weapon damage.

[Blackwing Lair]: Vaelastrasz the Corrupted - Burning Adrenaline has been reworked in such a way that it will no longer crash the server. The aura will now give you a 50% cast time reduction and tick away 3% heath per second that the buff is active. The damage once the aura expires is unchanged, said damage will also still remain an AoE attack. (New patch required for tooltip)
