Fear Ward has had its cooldown reduced to 60 seconds, from 90.
Cataclysm now increases the damage of Rain of Fire, Hellfire, Inferno and Shadowfury by 8/16/24%, from 10/20/30%
Curse of Elements now increases the targets spell damage taken by 10%. (Earth and Moon remains unchanged.)
Devour Magic has had its cooldown increased to 20 seconds, from 14.
Frozen Power now also increases the damage of Frostbolt and Cone of Cold.
Elemental Weapons now also increases the frost spell damage on Frostbrand by 33/67/100%
Maelstrom now increases the damage of Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning by 2/4/6/8/10%, from 3/6/9/12/15%
Purge now has a 4 second cooldown.
Shamanism now also gives Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning a 33/66/100% chance to reduce the cooldown of Thunderstorm and Elemental Mastery by 1 second.
Wind Shear has had its cooldown inreased to 12 seconds, from 8. It now shares cooldown with other interrupts as intended.
Berserker Rage has had its cooldown increase to 50 seconds, from 40.
Blood Craze now has a 10 second internal cooldown.
Charge has had its cooldown increased to 18 seconds, from 16.
Execute now does 10% reduced damage in pvp, before it had no pvp modifier.
Improved Rend now increases the critical strike chance of rend by 5/10% instead of reducing its rage cost.
Arctic Winds talent now provides reduced 1%/2%/3% damage taken, before they provided 1%/2%/3% reduced chance to be hit. The damage portion of this talent is unchanged.
Flame Throwing now also reduces the cast time of your Fireball by 0.25/0.5 seconds. This effect becomes inactive for 15 seconds after use.
The Pyroblast damage bonus from Hot Streak no longer applies in PvP.
The damage of Scorch has been increased by 15% // Scorch no longer deals 10% additional damage in PvP.
Chain Heal has had its base heal increased by roughly 35% for all ranks.
Earth Shield has had its base heal and scaling reduced by 15%.
Earth's Blessing no longer has an internal cooldown.
Healing Way now also affects Chain Heal and Earth Shield.
Improved Earth Shield now grants one extra stack of Earth Shield, from two.
Concussion now increases the damage of Chain Lightning and Lightning Bolt by 3/6/9/12/15%, from 2/4/6/8/10%
Frostbrand now does 10% reduced damage in pvp, before it had no pvp modifier.
Multi-shot is now a true instant ability and can now be cast while running.
Piercing Shots now also reduces periodic healing taken by 10/20/30%. This does not stack with other similar effects.
Scorpid Sting no longer reduces the targets hit chance, but instead reduces the targets armor and resistances. These effects do not stack with other similar debuffs.
Steady Shot is now castable while moving.
Steady Shot now does 5% reduced damage in pvp, before it had no modifier.
Infected Wounds now also reduces periodic healing taken by 10/20/30%
Insect Swarm does 15% reduced damage in pvp, from 10%.
Mangle has had its base damage reduced by 30% and scaling inceased by 20%.
Mangle now deals 15% reduced damage in PvP, from 20%
Savage Fury now gives the same damage bonus to Shred as it does to the other affected abilities.
Shredding Attacks now reduces the energy cost of shred by 10/20, from 9/18.
Purifying Power no longer modifies Exorcism, but reduces the cooldown of Holy Wrath by 25/50% (from 17/33%) and increases the damage of Consecration and Holy Wrath by 10/20% (from 5/10%).
Sanctified Wrath no longer modifies Avenging Wrath, but instead reduces the cooldown of Exorcism by 20/40% and increases its damage by 5/10%
Seal of the Righteous does 35% reduced damage in pvp, from 30%.
Touched by the Light now grants spell damage rather than spell power.
Chimera Shot - Scorpid Sting Disarm now lasts 5 seconds, reduced from 10 seconds.
Chimera Shot - Viper Sting now rewards 30% of the total amount drained, down from 60%.
Chimera Shot now triggers and refreshes all stings applied to the target.
Deterrence is now cancelled by disarm effects.
Explosive Shot ticks now deal damage to all enemies within 5 yards of the target.
Hunter sting stack limitation has been removed, meaning that one player can put several stings on the same target.
Art of War now has an internal cooldown, preventing it from proccing for 5 seconds after being used.
Art of War now has a 25/50% chance of proccing off any hit, instead of a 100% chance to proc off critical hits.
Blessed Hands now reduces the cooldown of Hand of Salvation by 15/30 seconds instead of increasing its effectiveness.
Divine Purpose no longer reduces chance to be hit.
Hand of Salvation now lasts for 6 seconds, and in addition to reducing threat also attempts to dispel a harmful magic effect every 2 seconds.
Holy Shock now does 15% reduced damage in pvp, changed from 10%.
Illumination now works properly for Holy Shock.
Improved Righteous Fury now also reduces chance to be critically hit by 1/2/3%
Judgements of the Just no longer reduces the cooldown of Hammer of Justice.
Aggression now increases the critical strike chance of Sinister Strike and Eviscerate, but no longer increases their damage.
Eviserate now does 15% reduced damage in pvp, changed from 10%
Master of Subtlety now lasts for 10 seconds, from 6.
Meditate now restores 6%/12%/18%/24%/30% base mana per combo point, before it was 3%/6%/9%/12%/15% maximum mana per combo point.
Mutilate now does 10% reduced damage in pvp, before it had no modifier.
Vigor now gives 20 extra energy, from 10.
Wound Poison has had its damage reduced by 40%
Backstab can no longer trigger the Waylay effect.
Art of War now increases the effectiveness of Exorcism and Flash of Light by 10/20%, from 15/30%
Blazing Speed now gives you a 33/66/100% chance when taking damage that takes you below 35% health or while being below 35% health to increase your movement speed by 50% and dispel all movement impairing effects. This effect lasts 4 seconds and can only occur every 30 seconds.
The Nature's Grasp root has been reduced to last for 5 seconds, from 10.
Frost Nova has had its duration reduced to 6 seconds, from 8.
Frostbite's root effect has had its duration reduced to 4 seconds, from 5.
Freeze (Water Elemental ability) has has had its duration reduced to 6 seconds, from 8.
The Earthbind root effect from Storm, Earth & Fire has had its duration reduced to 4 seconds, from 5.
Frozen Power's root effect has had its duration reduced to 4 seconds, from 5.
Nature's Grasp has had its cooldown increased to 90 seconds, from 60.
The proc effect of Seal of Justice has been changed from a stun to an immobilize.
Deep Freeze has had its stun duration reduced to 4 seconds, from 5.
Shockwave has had its stun duration reduced to 3.5 seconds, from 4.
Cheap Shot has had its stun duration reduced to 3.5 seconds, from 4.
Concussion Blow has had its stun duration reduced to 4 seconds, from 5.
Hammer of Justice has had its duration reduced for all ranks. The max rank will now stun for 5 seconds, from 6.
Kidney Shot no longer has a second rank.
Shadowfury has had its cooldown increased to 30 seconds, from 25.
Blink has had its cooldown increased to 25 seconds, from 18.
Hand of Freedom has had its cooldown increased to 35 seconds, from 25.
[Seasonal]: Two-Handed Weapon Mastery now increases physical damage by 5%, from 10%
[Seasonal]: Surprise Attacks now grants a damage bonus of 5%, from 10%

[Andorhal]: Transmog System has been reworked. It is now conformed into a slot-based system. This system is being finished and all transmogs will return once it is complete.
[Andorhal]: Scroll of resolution has been removed from all characters. There is now a hefty reward for completing the x1 xp challenge if you start it from level 1. Including a new exclusive mount.
