+ New: Periodic Damage increases your Spell Damage by 6 for 6 seconds, stacking up to 6 times.
+ Original: Pet Stamina increased by 20 and Resistances by 130. (Pet resistance on Ascension has been increased as a baseline, so this crutch isn't needed anymore).

+ NEW: Spell Power increased by 23.
+ ORIGINAL: Spell Power increased by 23.
Nemesis (3 Set)
+ NEW: Your direct healing spells with a cast time now applies a heal over time to the target, that also increases the healing you do to the target by 3%. This effect can only occur once every 5 seconds.
+ ORIGINAL: Your greater heal has a chance to trigger a renew on the target. (This renew was equal to a rank 4 renew which has very low SP scaling).
Vestments of Transcendence (8 Set)
+ NEW: Critical Strike Rating increased by 5% of your spirit.
+ ORIGINAL: When struck in melee, there is a chance to trigger a fade for 4 seconds. (This fade could not trigger effects on ascension since the proc rework where procs can no longer trigger procs).
Vestments of Transcendence (5 Set)
+ NEW: Spell Power increased by 26.
+ ORIGINAL: Allows 10% of your mana regeneration to continue while in combat.
Vestments of Transcendence (3 Set)
+ NEW: Your damaging critical strikes have a chance to increase your critical strike damage by 6% for 8 seconds. This effect has a 10 second internal cooldown.
+ ORIGINAL: Your damaging mage spells have a 5% chance to cause your next Damaging Spell with less than a 10 second cast time to be instant cast.
Netherwind (8 Set)
+ NEW: Increases the duration of your Arcane Power by 3 seconds, reduces the mana consumption by 5%.
+ ORIGINAL: Increases the radius of your Blizzard, Arcane Explosion and Flamestrike by 25%.
Netherwind (5 set)
+ NEW: Increases critical strike rating by 30.
+ ORIGINAL: Reduces the threat caused by your mage spells by 3%.
