[Area 52] Resilient Constitution now reduces damage taken from players by 53%, changed from 50%.
[Alar] Base health for level 60 has been increased by 300.

[New Capstone] Resourcefulness -With the final rank of this talent, dealing damage with Immolation Trap or Explosive Trap reduces the cooldown of your Mongoose Bite and Raptor Strike by 1 second. This effect cannot occur more than once every second.

[New Capstone] Improved Flash Heal - With the final rank of this talent, your Flash Heal casts reduce the cooldown of your Inner Focus by 2 seconds.
[New Capstone]: Mental Dexterity - With the final rank of this talent, you also gain 30% of your Intellect as spell damage. This effect only works when your Primary Stat is Agility.
[New Capstone] Brutal Impact - With the final rank of this talent, using Bash on a monster that's permanently immune to stuns causes you to deal bonus damage (increased by attack power).
[New Capstone] Combat Potency - With the final rank of this talent, your successful off-hand melee attacks also reduce the cooldown of your Killing Spree by 1 second.
[New Capstone] Dirty Tricks - With the final rank of this talent, your Dismantle also removes two beneficial magic effects from your target.
[New Capstone] Grip of Horror - With the final rank of this talent, Psychic Horror's disarm effect also reduces all damage dealt by the target by 20%.
[New Capstone] Ice Floes - With the final rank of this talent, your Ice Block now heals you for 6% of your base health every second.
[New Capstone] Survivalist - With the final rank of this talent, your deterrence also increases your movement speed by 30%.
[New Capstone] Improved Felhunter - With the final rank of this talent, your Felhunter's Shadowbite restores 5% of its mana, and its cooldown is reduced by 4 seconds.
[Alar] Demolishing Strikes now deals 40% reduced damage against players. It previously had a PvP modifier of 35%.

Disembowel Blood and Guts Mutilate proc now deals 50% reduced damage against players. It previously had a PvP modifier of 40%.
Deadly Bite now deals 20% reduced damage against players. It previously had a PvP modifier of 25%.
Heart of the Crusader now deals 55% reduced damage against players. It previously had a PvP modifier of 50%.

[Area 52] Smite now deals 5% reduced damage against players. It previously did not have a PvP modifier.
Fixed an issue where Hibernate (Hypnosis) would not be usable against targets affected by certain effects.
Shattered Barrier now increases frost damage done by 3/6/9%, up from 2/4/6.
Increased the damage of Swipe (Bear) by up to 100% for ranks usable under level 60, and increased the damage of Swipe (Bear) by 4% for ranks for level 60 and above.
Improved Mind Blast debuff is now dispellable.
Guardian's Favor now reduces the cooldown of Hand of Protection by 15/30/45 seconds, changed from 20/40/60.
Hand of Protection now also makes its target immune to Interrupt and Silence mechanics for its duration, has a 3 minute cooldown, changed from 5 and shares a 30 seconds cooldown with Divine Shield and Ice Block.
Revitalize now also triggers from the direct heal of Regrowth at 33/66/100% chance.
Fixed the values of Improved Mortal Strike rank 1 and 2 to increase linearly with rank 3. Improved Mortal Strike now gives 4/7/10%, changed from 5/5/10%.
Marked for Death now also increases the critical strike damage bonus of Multi-Shot.
Master Marksman talent now increases the critical strike chance with ranged attacks by 2%, up from 1%, but no longer affects melee critical strike chance.
Steady Shot now deals 125% weapon damage, up from 115%.
Multi-Shot now deals 130% weapon damage, up from 120%.
Two-Handed Weapon Specialization tooltip will now clearly state which weapons are required to gain the effects.
Corrected the tooltip of Sharpened Claws and Master Shapeshifter to state they only give melee critical strike chance.
Increased the base damage values of direct damage and damage over time of Immolate (rank 9) by 6%.
Fixed the tooltip of Ignite to clarify that it works on both spells and abilities.
Fixed an issue where Fanaticism incorrectly wasn't increasing the critical strike chance of the Heart of the Crusader capstone effect.
Fixed the tooltip of Challenging Howl to be equal to the warrior/bear equivalent to avoid confusion on its effect.

Qiraji Swarm and Qiraji Egg can no longer trigger procs and are now on the global cooldown.
Reduced the spell power and attack power scaling of Scrolls of Blinding Light from 75% to 50%, and it now only affects 5 targets, down from 8. In addition, Scrolls of Blinding Light now has passive Spell Power and Attack Power.

[New Legendary Enchant] Prayer of Preservation - Transforms your Prayer of Healing into a channeled healing spell that when placed reduces the damage all allies inside the effect take from area of effect attacks by 30% and heals up to five low health allies every second. The heal scales with modifiers to Prayer of Healing. The final heal is extra powerful and grants a buff to its targets giving your next direct heal on that target 20% increased critical effect chance, making it trigger an additional heal and reduce the cooldown of your Prayer of Preservation by 3 seconds.
[New Legendary Enchant] Frost Bomb - Transforms your Living Bomb into Frost Bomb, a 1.5 sec cast time spell which places a Frost Bomb on the target for 6 sec. Your Frostbolts trigger the release of a wave of freezing ice, dealing Frost damage and slowing the target and all other enemies within 10 yards by 30%. When the effect ends or is dispelled, another stronger wave will release, dealing increased damage and reducing enemy movement speed by 60%, and grants 1% haste for each enemy hit for 6 sec, stacking up to 10 times. Casting Frost Bomb triggers the Flash Freeze talent. Its cooldown is reduced by the Cold as Ice talent.
[New Legendary Enchant] Stormborn - Elemental Mastery now also increases your melee haste by 15% and halves the cooldown of your Stormstrike. While Elemental Mastery or Shamanistic Rage are active, your Stormstrike deals additional Nature damage to all enemies in front of you. In addition, the damage of your Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning spells is now increased by 20% your attack power, and your Lightning Shield orbs by 10% of your attack power.
[New Epic Enchant] Illuminated Judgement - Your Infusion of Light now empowers your next Judgement spell to deal 100% increased damage but gives it a 1 second cast time. Requires the final rank of Infusion of Light.
[New Epic Enchant] Sweeping Swings - Transforms Sweeping Strikes into Sweeping Swings. While active your Physical damage is reduced by 20% but your auto-attacks strike up to 3 additional nearby enemies for 40% weapon damage, increased further by Attack Power. This ability costs no rage and lasts for 15 seconds with a 20 second cooldown. It cannot be used together with Blade Flurry.
[New Epic Enchant] Deconstruction - Transforms your Devastate ability into Deconstruct, which deals Arcane damage based on your weapon damage, further increased by your spell damage. Deconstruct applies Sunder Armor and scales with modifiers to Devastate. When Deconstruct is used on a target with Sunder Armor, you gain spell damage equal to 120% of your level for 1 second per stack of Sunder Armor.
[New Epic Enchant] Searing Rage - Every time your Searing Totem deals damage, you gain 5 rage and a stack of Searing Rage. At 5 stacks, your next Lava Lash does an additional 50% damage (10% against players).
[New Epic Enchant] Massacre - Your Killing Spree now also damages up to 3 additional nearby targets and weakens the defenses of all targets hit, increasing the damage you deal to them by 3% (1% against players) for 10 seconds, stacking up to 5 times. In addition, killing an enemy that yields experience or honor reduces the cooldown of Killing Spree by 10 seconds.
[New Epic Enchant] Blade Vortex - While Blade Flurry is active your melee finishing moves have a 20% chance per combo point to trigger a Blade Vortex on the target location, dealing physical damage to all nearby enemies every second for 3 seconds. In addition, your one-handed melee auto-attacks reduce the cooldown of Blade Flurry by 2 seconds.
[New Epic Enchant] Thunder and Lightning - Your Lightning Shield orbs increase the damage of your Thunder Clap by 3% per active orb. Dealing damage with Lightning Shield reduces the cooldown of your Thunder Clap by 2 seconds.
[New Epic Enchant] Marked for Death - Transforms your Premeditation into Death Mark, instantly adding 5 combo points to your target. You must add to or use those combo points within 20 seconds or the combo points are lost.
[New Epic Enchant] Everliving - Healing an ally with any direct or periodic Nature heal while your Swiftmend is ready to use reduces the cooldown of your next Swiftmend by 1 second, stacking up to 15 times. When fully stacked, your next Swiftmend does not consume Rejuvenation or Regrowth when used.
[New Epic Enchant] Chaos Meteor - Transforms your Inferno spell into Chaos Meteor. Calls down a meteor which lands at the target location after 2 seconds, dealing Fire damage and disorienting enemies for 3 seconds. Any damage will break this effect. This ability scales with Chaos Bolt modifiers. Its cooldown gets reduced by 1 second from the Emberstone Capstone.
[New Rare Enchant]: Demonic Deception - Reduces threat causes by your summoned demon by 30%. This enchant does not stack.
Indomitable has been slightly reworked due to a bugged effect with Stagger threshold. It now reads: Increases healing taken by 10% while Stagger from Tactical Mastery capstone is active. Does not stack with other similar healing increases. In addition, while you are affected by Last Stand, your Tactical Mastery capstone staggers an additional 10% of damage taken.
Overheating has been slightly reworked, and will now scale with spell power as well as weapon damage, and will in addition also have a damage part on the procced effect at 3 stacks of Overheating.
Fixed an issue where Manacharged Strike from Mana Fiend would sometimes pull mobs when activating.
Fixed an issue where Dominant Word: Shield would double dip with effects that increased the amount absorbed by Power Word: Shield.
[Area 52] Consecrated Strike damage procs now deals 30% reduced damage against players. It previously had a PvP modifier of 20%.
The Holy Ascension buff granting 20% damage increase of Holy Shock no longer works versus players.
Fixed the tooltip of Quick Entangling Roots to show the correct value of 10%.
Increased the procs-per-minute of Sudden Death by 75%, but changed the internal cooldown reduction from Sudden Death Mystic Enchant to 1 second, down from 1.5 seconds.
Shooting Stars now also increases your spell critical strike chance by 5% while Starfall is active.
