Homicite Keys and Gnomish Master keys are now guaranteed to drop on death in Highrisk.
Overhauled Highrisk Loot Drops on Death to improve loot variability. This update breaks types of items into containers like High Risk Materials and drops a % range of them. This should help negate the pure upside to naked farming as well.

This change will also ensure players cannot bypass the intended risk factor by Hidden Cache hunting without risk.

Personal Bank: You can no longer store class enchanted items (Rockbiter, Windfury, ...)
Prestige: Resetting your character will now also reset your instance and raid difficulty back to normal.
Transmog: Artificial items such as Skinning Knife and Pickaxe will no longer get automatically transmogrified when using them at Level 1.
Transmog: You can now transmogrify soulbound tradeable items. (Will cause these items to get bound.)

[Pending Restart] Champion of Justice now requires you to effectively heal an ally but no longer has a health threshold. The Adorned and Champion of Justice buffs have had their durations increased from 10 to 15 seconds. (Tooltips will be adjusted to match this update shortly.)
[Pending Restart] Carnage Incarnate now only requires 12 stacks in order to trigger, down from 20. (Tooltips will be adjusted to match this update shortly.)

Dreadmist Regailia - A primarily based intellect caster set will now appear in the intellect category in the mythic+ loot box and intellect has been matched to its spirit. This means that those items who had greater spirit, now have equal (or greater) intellect than spirit and said items with equal spirit and intellect can appear in both the Spirit and Intellect category of the mythic+ lootbox.
