任务
Fixed an issue where Ratchet's quests were scaling until level 40, they now scale from level 1~20 like the mobs in the area. This previously allowed for an exploit on leveling. Ratchet is Ascension's neutral faction starter zone and as such like other starter areas, it only scales until level 20 in mobs/quests/rewards.

[Thrall] Fixed an issue where Sigil of Goldilocks was not being added/synchronized to vanity. Synchronizing your vanity again after a relog should now display it as in vanity if you already acquire it in other realms before.
