Beacon of Divinities AoE heal effect can proc on non-effective heals. This means if your heal gets "sniped" as you use Divine Favor, your heal will still splash to the rest of the raid.
[Mythic+] - Weighted items whose stats more closely reflect the Mythic+ loot cache selection to appear slightly more often in the loot rolling option. This means items like Hourglass of the Unraveller, Quantum Blade, The Bladefist, Latros Shifting Sword and other items who appear in the agility selection will now do so more frequently. Items without these key stats (or procs) such as the Cowl of the Guiltless will be weighted slightly less in these selections.
[Mythic +] - Removed items from the personal mythic+ loot cache whose stats did not have any resemblence in the option selected. Example: Syrannis Mystic Sheen a cloak made up of increased armor and resistances will no longer be able to be found in the Strength, Agility, Intellect, or Spirit options (even when it was previously superbly rare).
Elemental Rend from the Spell Shredder Legendary Mystic Enchantment will no longer roll an individual chance at being dodged, blocked or parried. This synchronizes the behavior between Elemental Shredder and Elemental Rend.

[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where the Demonic Pact Capstone was not giving 5% spell damage to the caster.
Fixed an issue where the recent Two-Handed One with the Light buff was applying in PvP as well. (This was intended as a PvE increase for Two-Handers as in PvP it was already powerful while using that.)

Updated the Launcher framework to Electron 20.
Fixed the issue causing the launcher to either fail to start, or instantly close when attempted to open. The issue was related to GPU sandboxing in Electron, we have notified the maintainers about this issue and provide a temporary solution until an official solution from them is available.

Fixed an issue where Celestial Fury could trigger from non-arcane spells.
Improved the tooltip of the Tidal Mastery enchant.
Reaching Recovery no longer reduces the healing the initial healing of Chain Heal while Tidal Force is active.
[New Capstone]: Tidal Mastery - Healing Wave criticals add 2 seconds, Lesser Healing Wave 1 second and Chain Heal criticals 0.5 seconds to the duration of Tidal Force.
Tidal Force now has a 90 second cooldown, up from 80. The Tidal Mastery talent now also reduces the cooldown of Tidal Force by 6/12/18/24/30 seconds in addition to its previous effects.
Sniper Training has been adjusted, the new tooltip reads: While standing still for 3 sec, you gain Sniper Training increasing the damage of your Hunter shots by 1/2/3% for 15 seconds. This effect stacks up to 5 times. Moving during combat removes one stack per second.

[Alar] - [Area - 52] - [Pending Restart] - [Serpent Shrine Caverns] - [Morogrim Tidewalker] - Tidewalker Lurkers Carnivorous Bite will now stack for each Murloc individually. Previously each cast would be applied to the same stack, causing damage to scale falsely if a Murloc empowered with Mgrmrs Gllrlmrl ability applied a stack. Carnivorous Bite now lasts for 15 seconds up from 10 seconds to give each Murloc the chance to refresh his own debuff.

[Pending restart] Fixed an issue where Endless Agony would not extend the duration of Curse of Agony.
Boomer now has a higher proc chance, but can only trigger once every 8 seconds, up from every 3 seconds. In addition, triggering Boomer now also grants you 3% spell critical strike chance for 5 seconds. In addition, fixed an issue where this spell did not have level scaling and fixed a spell power scaling bug causing it to do less damage at higher levels.
With the Mystic Enchant Tidecaller, your Healing Wave casts also increases the healing done by your next Wild Growth by 5%, stacking up to 5 times.
Stormhammer can now trigger the cooldown reduction on Concussion Blow (Stormhammer) with damage from Stormstrike while affected by the Stormhammer buff, and the Stormhammer buff now lasts for 12 seconds, up from 8 seconds. Reduced the armor of all TBC bosses and further reduced the armor of Shade of Aran, Lady Vashj, Leotheras the Blind, High Astromancer Solarian, Void Reaver, Kaelthas Sunstrider, Maiden of Virtue, Netherspite and Hex Lord Malachrass. This change is intended to boost the power of physical damaging builds in particular, to put them on a more level playing field with other archetypes.
[New Epic Enchantments] - The following Epic Enchantments are now available after a client update through the launcher and once the server has been restarted: Beacon of Divinity, Power Loop, Sharpshooter, Shield Finesse, Light of the Guardian, Combusting Shots, Repentant Reconciliation, Prayers of the Penitent, Celestial Fury, Poison Bomb, Warbreaker and Exsanguinate.

- Chaos Meteor disorient no longer breaks on Ignite damage. (To make it more useful for builds that would trigger Ignite by using the meteor.)
- Predatory Instincts now reduces area of effect damage by 10/20%, changed from 15/30%.
- Veiled Shadows now also gives Fade a 2 sec immunity to movement impairing effects.
- Blind is now a physical debuff instead of a poison one. (This does not affect bosses or creatures in the world that uses a blind spell)
- Prismatic Cloak is now a 2 point talent, changed from 3.
- Kidney Shot now has a 35 sec cooldown, changed from 40.
- Improved Kidney Shot is now a 2 point talent, changed from 3. It now reduces Kidney Shot cooldown by 5/10 sec.
- Ice Floes now heals for 4% base health, changed from 5%.
- Sacred Duty now increases the duration of Divine Shield by 1/2/3 sec.
- Guarded by the Light no longer increases the duration of Divine Shield.
- Fixed an issue where Shadowmeld did not stop your own Starfall from damaging.
Dragon Roar now deals 20% increased damage and its cooldown is now 25 sec, changed from 30.
Dragon Warrior Slam damage now deals 230% weapon damage, from 200%.
Patient Predator Mystic Enchant now reduces damage taken by 2%, changed from 3%.
Guerilla Trapper rope now has a 12 sec cooldown to affect the same target, changed from 10.
Mass Slow radius has been reduced to 15 yards, from 20. Also fixed an issue where it reduced ranged attack speed by 60%, changed to 30%.
Arc Aim from the Arc Aim Concentration Epic Mystic Enchantment now scales with ranged attack power instead of melee attack power.
The Master of Shadows buff now increases your Shadow critical strike chance by 30%, up from 10%.
Shadow Strikes now restores 80 energy over 8 seconds, up from 30 energy over 5 seconds.
Using Titanic Strike from the Fury of the Titans Legendary Mystic Enchantment now also increases the damage of your next Warrior attack by 15%.
[Cleanse in Flames] Cleanse in Flames has been reworked and now states: Your Exorcism and Judgement abilites increase the duration of your Holy Fire by 3 seconds. In addition, your Exorcism and Judgement now deal 20% more damage against targets afflicted by Holy Fire.
One with the Light now makes Holy Specialization increase the damage of your Smite or Holy Fire by 4% per stack, up from 3%.
The triggered attacks from Crusader Strike and Divine Storm with One with the Light now have an increased coefficient when using a Two-Handed weapon. This means that just as Crusader Strike and Divine Storm baseline damage goes up when you equip a harder-hitting Two-Handed weapon, so will the triggered bonus damage.
