[Runemaster] Runemasters will now be able to use two-handed melee weapons (swords, axes, maces and polearms). This will come with passive effects and will be geared toward tanking, allowing us to create a clear differential between the dagger (dps) style, and the tank (2h) style, and let us tweak knobs for both individually, i.e. we can nerf the survivability of dps build while keeping it for tank builds
[Runemaster] The Riftblade spell will no longer continue checking for essences to consume for 0.5sec after use
[Runemaster] Fixed scaling of Word of Oblivion's DoT
[Primalist] Lifegiver scaling increased, but it can now only proc once every 5 sec and heals in a smaller radius

[Runemaster] Ace of Runes now also causes Thaumaturgy to incur no cooldown
[Runemaster] Ace of Primordials now grants Thaumaturgy an additional 20% damage
[Runemaster] The bonus damage caused by Ace of Ice, Ace of Flame, and Ace of Magic now scales with Intellect, and benefits from modifiers to Thaumaturgy (damage bonuses etc)
[SoA] Shadow Worgen should now work correctly
[Sun Cleric] Light's Advance will now correctly force you to face the target while you charge them
[Cultist] Confuse is now a 24 sec Cooldown baseline and its lockout time is now 3 sec up from 2 sec
[Cultist] Power of Will is now Renounce Darkness, a 10 min Cooldown that removes the Insane effect and resets your Insanity to zero
[Cultist] Tentacles of C'thun should now be better at recasting Mental Assault when it falls off / target switches / gets interrupted etc etc etc
[Cultist] Gaze of C'thun now causes your active Tentacles that are in range of an enemy to start attacking them
[Necro] Blessing of the Crypt now has default targetting
[Necro] Spells that target minions based on their HP will now work correctly
[Necro] Spells that sac/target minions will no longer work on dead minions
[Necro] Ghouls will now count for spells like Acrid Aegis, Spellblight, etc

[Tinker] Deploy Bombs now give you a 'Bomb Ready' aura while within range of them, and Remote Detonation only works while you have that aura
[Tinker] Sniper Training talent replaced with Quickscope, giving your BPS hits a chance to make your next Snipe instant and free, but removing its Slow
[Tinker] Sniper Rifle now has Sniper Training baked in
[Witch Hunter] Repeater is now Deploy Ballista

[Venomancer] Venom Resistance now correctly only targets self
[Barbarian] Wristbreaker passive is now Improved Wrist Snap, giving it an increased duration and causing Wrecker to lower its remaining Cooldown
[Barbarian] Added a direct 3 sec Interrupt called Wrist Snap on a 35 sec CD that also slows melee and spell haste by 50% for the same duration. Coming with core revamp
[Tinker] Beacons share a 1 min Cooldown
[Tinker] Build: Shield Beacon is no longer usable while Silenced
[Guardian] Fixed buff tooltip of Shieldforge
[Ranger] Slightly reduced level scaling of Wild Strike's base damage (meant to do this when I removed its CD)
[Ranger] Updated tooltip of Wild Strike to reflect that it stacks 8 times
[Pyro] Wrath of Sinestra's damage procs now have reduced SP and level scaling
[Pyro] Cauterize Wounds no longer has SP scaling
[Pyro] Cauterize Wounds tooltip updated to reflect the bleed is not actually required in order to cast the spell.
[Monk] Sanctify Fists should now correctly give you a Holy Rune when you hit the right flank with a hook
[Barb] Exhaustion stacks now increase damage taken and reduce dodge chance and movespeed instead of reducing your output
[Barb] The Bleed effect from Impaling Rush will now correctly show as a debuff
