[Sun Cleric] Horusath Blast base mana cost percentage increased
[Sun Cleric] Dawn is now on the GCD

[Primalist] Mountain Hammer’s stun no longer has a weird delay between when the projectile lands and when the stun begins.

[Knight of Xoroth] Forges of Demonfire armor contribution buff changed to % physical damage taken reduction.
