[Pending Restart] Stormshield from Stormhammer now reduces all damage taken by 10%, changed from physical damage only.

[Al'ar] [High-Risk] Fixed an issue where High-Risk Dailies were not correctly resetting with the Daily Quest reset. As a temporary solution to the problem Outlaws will be able to accept Tier 1 and Tier 2 daily quests.
[Al'ar] [High-Risk] Fixed a bug where Heroic Bloodforged items could drop while in a raid group. The intended functionality is that HR Events do not grant their bonus drops to raid groups to promote more fair fights and allow for balanced shared party loot for players grouping with other loyal members of their faction.

[Alar] [Area-52] [TBC] - Weekly Timewalking Raid Quests now reward 1500 Marks up from 500. This amount is slightly lower than the Heroes Call quest as this quest also rewards 10 Badges of Justice.
[Alar] [Area-52] [TBC] - Weekly Heroes Call quests will now reward 2250 Marks of Ascension up from 500. This matches the amount of Marks of Ascension you can receive from the City Siege quest.
Keeper Scroll: High-Risk Events (Repeatable) now requires 4 Lesser Profane Essence instead of 8. You can currently earn 6 Lesser Profane Essence from HR Daily Quests per day. Accept any Tier quest to have 6 additional quests of that Tier made available to you.
