Meaning newly added enchants like Searing Brand, Arcane Reverberation, etc can be purchased with Mystic Enchantments without the requirement for prestiging.

[Pending restart] [Judgement 6-piece Tier 2 set bonus] The effect triggering on critical heals has been changed from granting 50 haste rating to restoring 75 mana. This change is intended to make the transition from the Tier 1 Lawbringer set smoother.
[Pending Restart] - Increased the attack power and spell power inheritance from the Enslaved Demons by 33%.
[Pending Restart] - Increased the attack power and spell power inheritance by 20% from the Tame Dragonkin.
[Pending Restart] - Increased the attack power and spell power inheritance from the Elementals by 16.67%.
[Pending Restart] - Power Drain from Arcane Anamoly's Power Drain no longer grants a damage increasing buff to the pet because it was creating an imbalance, causing this pet to be 50-60% stronger than other elementals. Magma Splash from Magma Elemental was dealing the 5 stack damage amount at 1 stack, increased further with stacks. It now correctly deals the correct damage per stack.
[Pending restart] [Hunter] [Legendary: Barbed Shot] This now grants 8% armor penetration per stack, changed from 10%.
Attack Power debuffs like Searing Brand and Vindication will no longer overwrite each other, instead, only the strongest will be active at one time, if one falls off, the second value will kick in.
[Pending Restart] - Fixed a bug where Annihilator was reducing raid-wide armor still.

[Pending Restart] [Druid] [Balance: Insect Swarm] Reduced the damage of Insect Swarm by 5%. The recent 12% buff to this spell made it a bit too powerful.
[Pending Restart] [Druid] [Glyph of Savage Roar] This now increases damage done by 6% against monsters, up from 3%.
[Pending Restart] [Druid] [Epic: Primal Frenzy] This now has an additional effect: The damage of your Rip and Rake is increased by 1% for every 2% armor penetration you have. In addition, the proc effect has been changed from increasing your damage by 6% to increasing your armor penetration by 20%.
[Pending Restart] [Druid] [Legendary: Predator's Wrath: Wrathful Strikes] The damage triggered from this enchant has been increased by approximately 30%.

[Pending Restart] [Warrior] [Legendary: Heavyweight] This now also increases the armor penetration granted by your Battle Stance by an additional 10%.
[Pending Restart] [Warrior] [Arms: Improved Slam] This talent now also increases the damage of Slam by 10/20%.

Fixed a bug where Presence of Mind had incorrect cooldown, it is now 90 seconds.

[Pending Restart] - [Druid] - [Epic: Critical Cycles] This enchant now only stacks 5 times (down from 10), but grants 8 second duration increase (up from 5). This will slightly reduce the damage this enchantment can grant while significantly reducing the effort it takes to stack and maintain.
[Pending Restart] - [Balance Druid] - Surging Eclipse has been reworked: Casting Starsurge while in an Eclipse phase will increase the damage of your next Wrath or Starfire by 30%, depending on the phase. Empowered Wraths or Starfires have a 30% chance to reset the cooldown of Starsurge.
[Pending Restart] - [Balance Druid] - Eclipse no longer requires a critical hit to trigger from Wrath and Starfire.
Power Slam off-hand damage should now be working as intended.
Fixed an issue causing the recent Conflagrate PvP mod not to always apply.

Fixed an issue causing the epic mystic enchantment Blink of the Warden to have an old tooltip. The correct tooltip is: "Your Blink distorts reality around you, leaving behind a mirror image in the place you left for 3 seconds. The next spell cast on you will be redirected to the mirror image instead. In addition, using Blink generates two charges of Arcane Blast." This functionality is already live, and the tooltip and display of these spells will be on the launcher shortly.
[Pending Restart] Vindication now lasts for 12 seconds, up from 10.
Fixed an issue causing the off-hand penalty removal from Power Slam not to work as it should.
[Pending Restart] Dark Apotheosis now makes the Warlock immune to interrupt effects from monsters, making it much more dependable as a tank. This interrupt immunity does not work against players.
[Pending restart] [Epic: Curseweaver] This enchant has been upgraded. Instead of increasing the amount of Curses you can have on a target by one, it now makes your Curse of Agony and Curse of Doom no longer occupy a Curse slot. This means this enchant enables these two damaging Curses to be applied alongside any other Curse.
[Pending Restart] Fixed a bug causing the triggered Shadow damage from Shadow of Death not to trigger properly.
[Pending Restart] Fixed a bug causing the removal of the positional requirement of Ambush while Rush of Blood is active not to work properly.
[Pending Restart] Fixed issues causing the updates to the updates to Glyph of Hemorrhage, Glyph of Ambush and Dirty Deeds.

This change is intended to slightly reduce the amount of damage amplifiers Demons can stack on top of each other, reigning in the damage potential of Demonology while freeing up a few talent points to be used elsewhere.

[Tame Dragonkin] - [Tether Elemental] - [Ensalve Demon] - All elements from the creature RPG overhaul now apply to these creatures and their scaling has been increased by over 150%. This means creatures will have: Varying amounts of dodge, parry, block, resistances, armor, attack speeds, abilities, mana, health, attack power and spell power, strength, agility, intellect, expertise, critical strike chance and MORE. Developer Note: While NOT all base stat updates are displaying properly under the display, you can see the difference in the attack power, health mana, etc. There will be a patch that shortly follows.
[Warlock] [Epic: Searing Flames] This enchant has been reworked, it now reads: The periodic effect of Immolate now deals damage to all enemies within 8 yards of the target, but can only be active on one target at a time. Each time Immolate deals periodic damage, Imp’s Firebolt crit chance increases by 3%, consumed when it critically hits.
[Warlock] [New Legendary Enchant: Feeding the Abyss] Your ability to Dodge is replaced with a dark hunger. You have a chance [10% plus your spell critical chance] to fully absorb incoming physical damage, storing it for later use. After 10 seconds the stored damage is fed to the abyss, causing your next Life Tap to deal damage to nearby enemies, healing you and your pet based on the damage dealt.
[Warlock] [New Epic Enchant: Dread Communion] Your demon is healed for 25% of the healing you receive. Casting Demonic Empowerment triples the effect of your Master Demonologist talent for 10 seconds.
[Warlock] [New Epic Enchant: Searing Brand] Your Searing Pain reduces the target's attack power. This does not stack with other similar effects. The first time a target is branded they take additional high-threat Fire damage. Requires Dark Apotheosis.
[Warlock] [Demonology: Improved Demonic Tactics] This talent now has an additional effect: When your pet is below 20% health, the damage it takes from your Soul Link is reduced by 90%.
[Warlock] [Demonology: Demonic Resilience] This now reduces the chance to be critically hit by 2/4/6%, up from 1/2/3%.
[Warlock] [New Talent: Taste for Torment] Soul Gorge’s healing is increased by up to 10/20/30% of damage taken in the last 5 seconds. Searing Pain has a 10/20/30% chance to reset the cooldown of Soul Gorge. Requires level 30.
[Warlock] [New Talent: Dark Fixation] Increases your armor by 100/200% of your spell power. Damage dealt to yourself with Life Tap is converted into an absorb shield equal to 50/100% the self-inflicted damage. Requires level 15.
[Warlock] [New Talent Ability: Reign of Dread] Surge into the air and scorch all enemies below with Shadowflame damage over 2 seconds. While airborne melee attacks against you have $s1% increased chance to miss. Requires level 60.
[Warlock] [Demonology: Challenging Howl] This spell has been reworked and now reads: Taunts the target to attack you, but has no effect if the target is already attacking you. This spell can not miss.
[Warlock] [New Dark Apotheosis Spell: Maw of Dread] Releases a demonic howl in a wide cone before you, causing Shadow damage to enemies caught within and slowing their attacks by 20% for 15 seconds.
[Warlock] [New Dark Apotheosis Spell: Soul Gorge] Hurls demonic ruin at up to five enemies, causing Shadow damage. Casting this restores 40% of your base mana mana and regenerates 5% of your max health. Can be cast while moving.
[Warlock] [New Spell: Dark Apotheosis] Transform yourself into a demon, increasing your health by 15%, armor contribution from cloth items by 600% and significantly increasing your threat. While shapeshifted you are immune to pushback effects and damage dealt by you and your pets is reduced by 30%. While in Dark Apotheosis your Searing Pain spell is instant and you learn Challenging Howl, Demon Charge and Maw of Dread.
[Shaman] [NEW Spell: Totemic Projection] Relocates your active totems to the specified location. This spell has a short cooldown.

[Hunter] [Pets] These changes will reduce the performance of pets at low levels and early gear levels, but ensure they grow in power in tandem with their Hunter. This fixes an issue that pets were very powerful while leveling and at low gear levels, but then became relatively weak. With these changes the power curves are aligned.
[Hunter] [Pets] Pets now inherit 100% of the owner's armor penetration.
[Hunter] [Pets] The attack power inheritance of pets has been increased by approximately 36% (from 22% to 30%).
[Hunter] [Pets] The base strength, base agility and base damage of all Hunter pets have been reduced by 20%.
[Pending Restart] - This change is also going live early because it is changing fundamental behavior of a spell: Blessing of the Eternals chance to trigger Earthliving will now trigger based on the target's health value PREHEAL. Meaning if you just healed someone who was under 35% health, you now have an 80% increased chance to trigger Earthliving. Additionally, this chance to trigger has been buffed from triggering on allies under 35% health to allies who were healed who were under 50% health.
[Pending Restart] - This change is going live early because it is merging an enchant. Spreading Tides has been merged into Low Tide. Low Tide now reads: Increases your chance to critically heal your Riptide target by 8%. Critical heals with Healing Wave on your Riptide target now spread Riptide to a nearby ally. This effect can only occur once every 8 seconds.

It now reads: Holy Word: Chastise deals Holy damage to monsters, chaining to up to 4 nearby enemies, and grants you Centered. Centered: Your Holy Fire and Smite casts are 15% faster and reduce the cooldown of Holy Word: Chastise by 2 seconds. This effect has five charges plus an additional charge for each chain target.
[Pending Restart] [Priest] [Legendary: Twilight Paragon] Twilight Torment will now deal damage to all targets hit by Mind Sear, instead of only hitting one. The extra damage is slightly reduced beyond 3 targets.
[Pending Restart] [Priest] [Legendary: Holy Ascension] The holy explosion triggered by Smite while Guardian Spirit is active is now also triggers from Holy Fire and is guaranteed to critically strike. The Holy Ascension effect no longer reduces threat but now triggers from casting Guardian Spirit on any target (not just yourself).
[Pending Restart] [Priest] [Holy: Surge of Light] In addition to being instant cast and costing no mana, spells cast with Surge of Light do not generate any threat.
[Pending Restart] [Priest] [Holy Fire] Damage increased by 7% in PvE combat.
