Stampeding Roar no longer gets removed when changing forms.

[Pending Restart] - Adventurer's Caches have been placed on quests that were missing them (quests with objectives) and all custom quests past the starter zones that did not have them added correctly. Additionally, Adventurer's Caches have been moved out of the starter zone. The reason being is that it doesn't provide many gear upgrades early and it can take up more bag space before you have them.

Adjusted the dynamic spawn rates to be more forgiving in the new zones. This will alleviate bottlenecks and improve overall flow.
Fixed an issue where Arcane Concentration and Missile Barrage could sometimes underflow and cause those abilities to generate mana.
Fixed a bug with Strider causing it to not correct proc chance
Talents & Abilities
Battering Ram now causes all your attacks to ignore 5% armor, changed from Slam ignoring 10% armor.
Savage Frenzy will no longer cause Savage Roar to go above its max duration of 34 seconds.
Feral Frenzy now has a 25 sec cooldown, changed from 30.
Predator's Wrath: Focus now restores 15 to 20 energy.
Ferocious Clarity now also affects Mangle (Cat).
Tiger's Instinct now reduces the cooldown of Tiger's Fury by 1.5 sec, changed from 1.
Quickfire Tactics now lowers the cooldown of Flare Strike by 4 sec when you trigger Lock and Load. It no longer causes Flare Strike to trigger Lock and Load (which did not trigger when its its internal cooldown was active).
Flare Strike now lasts for 10 sec, changed from 8.
Frozen Flesh now also triggers Brain Freeze when your Deep Freeze deals damage.
Surging Eclipse has been changed and now reads: Dealing damage with Starsurge while no Eclipse is active, guarantees that your next Wrath or Starsurge triggers Eclipse. This can only occur once every 30 sec.
Ritual of Refreshment is now available to learn for Mage at level 60.
Ascending Flames now grants 5 sec cooldown reduction to Flame Ascendance, changed from 4 sec. It now grants 2 sec cooldown to Flame Shock, changed from 4 sec.
Steady Shooting has been reworked and now reads: Using Steady Shot right after another Steady Shot reduces its cast time by 30% and its mana cost by 100%.
Holy Templar now also triggers a Holy Power charge from Divine Storm.
Colossus Smash now increases damage dealt to the target by 10%, changed from reducing its armor by 30%.
Cataclysmic Burst now increases the periodic damage of your Immolate by 8%, changed from 10%.
General
Blade Vortex now also increases the duration of your active Blade Flurry by 3 seconds. While active, Fan of Knives generates a combo point.
Blade Flurry now has a 90 second cooldown up from 120 second cooldown. This is an experimental change leaning in on Combat's Niche.
Shadow of Death radius increased to 10 yards.
The cooldown of Killing Spree is now also reduced by Fan of Knives.
Massacre now deals 70% weapon damage from 50%.
Sinister Finisher now also causes your next Eviscerate to deal 15% (per stack) of the damage dealt to one nearby enemy.
Talents & Abilities
Fixed a bug where Flare did not apply its effect immediately on cast.
Armor of Faith AoE heal now has a 5 target cap. Penance no longer grants double value.
Endless Agony has a new effects: When you Drain Life, the cooldown of Curse of Doom and its duration on the target is reduced by 3 sec.
Power Through now only removes knockbacks versus monsters but increases Powershot damage versus monsters by 25%.
Twist of Faith now has an 8 sec duration and cooldown, changed from 10.
Fixed a bug where Instant Poison IV had 20% too high base dmg.
Thrill of the Hunt now also affects Quick Shot and Powershot.
Marked for Death has been disabled and can no longer be used.
Envenomed now reduces the energy cost of Envenom by 5, changed from 10.
Reduced Sunfire spell power scaling by around 30%.
Venomous Edge now stacks to 3, changed from 5.
Chosen of Elune now has a 90 sec cooldown, changed from 120.
Chasin' the Rush now grants 20% energy regen, changed from 30%.
Insatiable now increases Overpower damage by 8%, changed from 10. It now grants 5 Rage, changed from 7.
Surging Eclipse now has a 30 sec internal cooldown.
Wraithweaver: Shadow Orbs now has a 20% proc chance, changed from 25.
Heavyweight now grants 30% increased damage and crit to Mortal Strike, changed from 50%.
Master of Arms now increases Mortal Strike damage by 15%, changed from 30%. Its armor penetration effect has been reduced by 20%.
Festering Wounds now stacks to 5, changed from 8. Its duration has been increased to 10, from 8.
Fixed a bug where Light's Hammer had far too high sp scaling on its damage.
Power Word: Barrier now lasts 8 sec, changed from 10. Now grants 20% damage reduction, changed from 25%. Now requires 20 talent points in Discipline.
Soul Erosion now has an 8% proc chance, changed from 6%.
Psychic Influence now increases damage by 20%, changed from 30%.
Flame Ascendance now lasts 20 sec, changed from 15.
Seed of Corruption explosion now deals 15% reduced damage.
Stormborn now works while Air Ascendance is active. Stormstrike now grants 2 sec cooldown reduction to Air Ascendance while Air Ascendance and Shamanistic Rage is not active.
Clear Mind now grants 3% haste, changed from 5.
Natural Energy now reduces Mutilate energy cost by 7, changed from 10.
Curseweaver now grants 4% Corruption damage, changed from 8%.
Agent of Chaos now reduces Immolate damage by 40%, changed from 30%.
Touch of Elune now lasts for 15 sec, changed from 12.
Lava Ignition now increases Lava Lash damage by 20%, changed from 10%. It now extends Flame Shock by 5 sec, changed from 3.
Lightning Fangs now deals 20% reduced damage.
Pack Alpha now grants 5 sec cooldown reduction to Feral Spirit, changed from 7.
Shock Tactics now increases crit chance of Shocks by 15%, changed from 12%.
Booming Thunder now grants 15% increase Lightning Overload chance, changed from 10%. It now increases Earth Shock damage and crit by 6%, changed from 5%.
Water Bolt now has a 10 sec cooldown and deals around 100% more damage. Its debuff now increases damage of Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning by 10%, changed from 5%.
Elemental Momentum now also affects Chain Lightning.
Crackling Flames can no longer trigger from Chain Lightning.
Crusader of the Light now grants 10 sec cooldown reduction to Avenging Wrath, changed from 15.
Guardian of Ancient Kings now has a 60 sec cooldown and 10 sec duration. It no longer increases healing taken by 30% but now reduces damage taken by 10%.
Shadow Crash now has a 30 sec cooldown, changed from 45.
Cursed Shadows now has a 30% chance to trigger and only has 1 stack. Now increases Shadow Bolt damage and reduces its mana cost by 20%.
Forked Lightning now deals its damage over 5 sec. It hits the main target plus a random nearby target.
Tethered Power now also grants 1 sec cooldown reduction to Elemental Blast when your pet critically hits.
Fury of the Wind has a new effect: Your Flurry talent lasts an additional swing and increases attack speed by an additional 5%.
Fixed a bug where Consecrated Zeal did not reduce physical damage correctly.
Consecrated Zeal now increases Holy damage by 2%, changed from 1%.
Crimson Defense: Shield of Righteousness proc now deals around 40% less damage.
Light of the Guardian is now an absorb, changed from a heal.
Hammerstorm now has a 25 sec cooldown, changed from 45. It no longer has a movement speed slow. Its attack speed slow now has a 20 sec duration.
Light at the end of the Tunnel duration now lasts for 18 sec, changed from 15 sec.
Twilight Paragon now reduces the damage you take from Shadow Word: Death by 10% per stack. It now grants 1% Smite damage per stack, changed from 1% critical strike chance. Shadow Word: Pain is now extended by 3 sec on dealing Twilight damage, changed from casting Smite. Mind Flay and Mind Sear gets an additional damage tick over their duration while Paragon of Darkness is active.
Light and Shadow now increases Smite critical chance by 8%, changed from 10%.
Curse of Doom now benefits from damage over time modifiers like Haunt, Shadow Embrace and spellstones.
Shadow Visions now requires 6 fragments, changed from 9. The empowered effects are now: Devouring Plague: Duration increased by 12 seconds. Mind Blast: Damage increased by 50%, makes your next Mind Flay have 33% increased critical strike chance. Vampiric Touch: Marks a target to take 15% increased periodic damage from you for 30 seconds.
Lava Beam damage has been reduced and now deals about 15% more damage than a Chain Lightning. The jump damage is no longer reduced, changed from 30% per jump.
Fixed a bug where Doomguard would not attack summoner when summoned from Curse of Doom.

[Pending Restart] -- Creature RPG Overhaul -- Creatures now utilize their active racials in combat with a chance to trigger. Humans may use Every Man for Himself when crowd controlled. Dwarves may cast Stoneform in combat. Gnomes may use Escape Artist when rooted or slowed. Draenei may cast Gift of the Naaru during longer fights. Orcs may use Blood Fury on engage. Tauren may cast War Stomp during combat. Trolls may use Berserking. Undead may use Will of the Forsaken when feared. Blood Elves may use Arcane Torrent during combat. These chances are very small to happen overall and are one way of making azeroth's creatures more dangerous inline with the RPG Overhaul.
[Pending Restart] -- Creature RPG Overhaul -- Creatures now also have their passive racials active at all times. Humans have a slightly higher chance of detecting stealth. Dwarves have slightly higher frost resistance. Gnomes have more mana. Night Elves have a slightly higher chance to dodge. Draeneis have bonus resistance to Shadow Spells. Orcs now get stunned for less duration. Taurens have slightly more health. Trolls will regenerate some hp during combat. Undeads have bonus resistance to Shadow Spells. Blood Elves have small but bonus resistance to all spell schools.
[Pending Restart] - The Starter Zone Mount Trainers have been moved outside of the starter zones. They are still available in their normal locations in addition to being available at the flight path taking you from the starter zone to the next zone (goldshire, brill, etc). The reason for this change is that with the adjusted experience rates, most don't actually have the level required level to train riding by the time they leave the starter zones and if you are high enough level it is a signal for you to leave the starter zone and go to the next zone.

Fixed a bug where Stormstrike was consuming (but also benefitting) from small proc effects that could deal 200 damage f.ex rather than your casted spells and abilities like Lightning Bolt, Wind Lash, etc.

[Pending Restart] - Bosses in Heroic/Mythic dungeons are now once again immune to fear, horror and other similar effects. This restoration is to mainly prevent abuse cases where you could lock down an entire boss and have it deal close to zero damage as a result.
[Pending Restart] - Tuned and Updated the increased damage that monsters deal in adventure mode to match the more deadly azeroth.
Talents & Abilities
[Pending Restart] Predator's Wrath: Wrathful Strikes no longer grants 20% increased damage to your Wrath spell while the buff is active and instead adds damage based on 20% of your attack power. It no longer grants 15% attack power scaling to Wrath at all times. (This change was made to simplify the functionality with barely any change in damage output.)

[Pending Restart] - Creatures and quests in the starter zone no longer scale to your level.
[Pending Restart] - Adjusted the stat gain from Heirlooms to match the adjustments made to item scaling and reign in the power discrepancy between items and heirlooms.
[Pending Restart] Fixed a bug where some player summoned pets had the incorrect health. This fixes issues with for example Feral Spirit, Water Elemental and Tentacle of the Old Gods.
[Pending Restart] - Atonement now works with Spiritual Healing and Test of Faith.
