Dungeons & Raids
[Pending Restart] [Upper Blackrock Spire] Corrected an issue where Chromatic Drakes spawned during the Rend Blackhand encounter had a much lower then intended chance to drop Chromatic Scales then intended on normal mode and could not drop scales on heroic or higher difficulties at all. Note that Chromatic Drakes summoned are only able to drop loot during the very first attempt of the encounter.
[Pending Restart] [Pending Patch] Corrected an issue where the Brazier of Invocation, rewarded after defeating Lord Valthalak inside the Upper Blackrock Spire has been defeated and the quest to obtain Dungeon Set 0.5 has been completed, could notz be used to resummon the bosses of the previous quests. Additionally, the Brazier of Invocation is now a Key and will be placed in the Keyring. Player that already have a Brazier of Invocation can move it from their inventory or bank into the Keyring.

[Requires Launcher Update] Added tanking/not tanking aggro highlights to Ascension Nameplates. If you are a tank, they will highlight red when you have aggro, and yellow when you dont. If you are not a tank they will only highlight red when you have aggro.
Corrected a loot issue where the so-called Master of Elements was dropping the wrong Mystic Scroll. He’s now properly leading the elements, not calling stars.
[Pending Restart] Fixed a Charger Paladin spell version being visible but not trainable in the spell trainer. This entry is removed. This was only a ghost and you can only get your Paladin mount from the quests at level 20 and level 60 having the appropriate riding level.
[Pending Restart and Patch] Fixed some new custom items from Reputation vendors not having Bloodforged versions or missing wardrobe entries.

[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue with creature scaling not applying in some parts of Stranglethorn Vale.

Dungeons & Raids
[Pending restart] The boulders tossed by Primordial Behemoths in Mauaudon are now less deadly on normal difficulty. It's still a rock to the face, moving away is advised.
General
Heroic and Mythic Dungeon Spoils will now function just like the Normal Dungeon Spoils, they will be obtained from the end of dungeon boss meaning you no longer exclusively get them from RDF. This change will make it not appear in the LFG UI anymore because it will be rewarded always from completing the heroic/mythic dungeon.
Item Changes
Removed some deprecated High-Risk recipes that were still obtainable. Recipes requiring deprecated materials can safely be sold to a vendor.

Arathi Basin is now in the available Battleground pool.
Talents & Abilities
Fixed a bug where Rogues were unable to learn Detect Traps.

Fixed a bug where Professions were giving EXP even when they were capped. They should not give exp if you are at 75/75 for example.

Fixed a bug where the lootbot could interrupt your channeled spells when looting a creature.
[Pending Restart] - Feral Attack Power is now gained on weapons past 30 DPS at a slower more incremental rate until the traditional 54.81 weapon DPS requirement.

[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where Varnath the Broken Soul wasn't respawning after being killed.

Fixed a bug where some items were not displaying their PvE power correctly in the UI tab or on mouseover once you were max level.
Fixed a bug where some scaled items and non-scaled items could have no stats.
There was a buff to Feral Energy Regeneration that increased it by 20% at end-game. This buff was changed to now be active at all levels.
Fixed a bug where some items at higher levels with random suffixes could have +1 stats only.
Fixed a bug where the PvP callboard quests didn't have the correct vanilla honor rewards.
Fixed multiple Azshara Herbalism spawns spawning under the map!

[Pending Restart] Fixed a bug where the Conflagrate damage over time was not affected by PvP damage reductions.
[Pending Restart] Fixed a bug where Paladin Blessings were costing too much mana.
[Pending Restart] Fixed a bug where Wild Imps from Hand of Gul'dan was using an incorrect spell and dealing too high damage.

[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue that made the acquisition method of Cleaving Slam appear invisible.
Quests
Fixed an issue that caused Undead Paladins to be unable to pick-up the Blood Elf quests instead of their unique Custom mount and questline. The Undead Paladin quests are available in your Paladin trainer at level 20 and 60 respectively. They still require you to have the correct riding level to be picked up and are restricted to Undead. An undead paladin trainer is also now spawned in Orgrimmar for better access.
